The chicken was really good; it was very crunchy, flaky, juicy, and was seasoned well. I smelled it the second I walked in. The jumbo tenders are about a third to half of a chicken breast each, so if you get a big combo you’ll more than likely have leftovers (I got the six piece meal combo for $14). The building itself is very clean, so I felt very confident in the chicken’s quality. I talked to the owner of the J&J market/Mobil gas station for a bit and they were a joy to talk to. They have a lot of aspirations for the property, and I’m sure that the business will do fantastic in the long term. Will definitely be coming back!

A lot of build up from comments on a Facebook page so, against my better judgement, I went and picked up a chicken tender family dinner yesterday evening. It seemed like the busiest time of day but the chicken tenders were not fresh, they were about as dry as could be (not even hot sauce helped) and definitely not crunchy in any way. I’m not as much disappointed in the restaurant itself because I knew gas station chicken would be about like this, more disappointed that so many people raved about it on Facebook and I believed the internet. My bad but yeah, if you order here, expect the same old chicken you’d get at any gas station with a little extra seasoning.

Decent chicken over all. The wings were a little dry, but the legs and thighs were juicy and flavorful. The side options are a little light and were just ok. Probably due to sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Overall not bad for gas station chicken.
