I used to love this place but something is going on with the meat here right now. Ordered short ribs which were noting but gristle and the chicken in the chicken pho was like a single chicken leg chopped up with the bones cut into chunks which was sharp and did not yield much meat. Disappointing- I’d recommend trying another spot nearby.

Love this Vietnamese restaurant! I have been coming here for a long time, from first owner to their current owner. Each new owner has provided better services. I love their pho, the broth is full aroma of spices. Roasted pork is crispy yet very moisten. Roasted duck is not bad but the steamed sea salt chicken is so good. Their current waiters are very friendly and very accommodating to customers’ needs.

I walked in and an employee greeted & acknowledged me. Then a male customer walked in behind me, asking for service as well, the woman then ignored me like I wasn’t standing directly in front of her (and btwn her & him) and proceeded to help the man. Maybe a cultural thing but mark my words, I nor anyone I know, will ever spend money here. Equality & respect are cultural things after all 🙂

Everything was good, a bit better than expected all around. Banh xeo was extra crispy. Pho solid broth. Com suon dac biet a whirlwind of taste. We liked everything. Attentive service. Need better ventilation and some attention to noise.. lots of speakerphone going on.

Located in West Ridge along with couple of buffet options in the same strip mall, this place is clean, has good service, and has quality food options. A Vietnamese place can be judged by its broth and its chicken broth for pho was quite delicious. As was its short rib, BBQ pork, whole fish, Vietnamese coffee, and mango smoothie. It is one of the best options for Vietnamese food outside of Argyle stretch in Uptown.
Bringing a star down in the subsequent visit where the wait time for food was unreasonably long. And their air conditioning and credit card machine were down at the same time. While maintaining high quality of service on daily basis is challenging, it is OK for them to apologize and give customers heads up on those that are hard. When we sit and wonder what is happening is what makes it a bad experience.

Been coming here for years, I think must be new owners. I had the Shrimp Noodle Pho was good but the Crab Rangoon was terrible, greasy and just didn’t taste right, might of been frozen and not cooked enough. The people were nice and polite. I think I will try looking for another place or go next door to them.

First time here after the remodeling, looks fantastic! Very nice atmosphere and ambiance.
I have to say that the Pho here is now my absolute favorite! I had the rare thin beef pho. The broth was to perfection, the rice noodles perfectly cooked and portioned and the beef very tasty.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I also tried the Bahn Mi sandwich, lemongrass pork, it was good not great, but still acceptable.
I will definitely be back and be bringing my friends.

This is my favorite pho in Chicago, and I’ve had many different phos around the city. I come here a lot in the colder months and it is always tasty with good and clean service. The thai iced tea is one of my favorites as well

We came here at first because the neighboring pho restaurant was too full. Along w the classics, place has interesting pho bowls like roasted pork pho, seafood pho… unexpectedly excellent stuff. Plentiful herbs and meat. The in-store roasted meats stand is also great, we had the duck. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed, would come again.
