Corporate needs to consider firing the manager Kasey at this location or atleast having her step down from her supervisor role. A supervisor role does not suit her at all. She didnt smile, she didnt greet the customer. Her energy was off and she seemed like she couldnt handle her position. She had me wait to tell her my special order to where I had to vocalize to another staff member what it was I needed. As far as the other staff members I have seen most if not all work GREAT and even work GREAT when they get flooded with customers. I patronize this business and come here almost every single day. I didnt like her attitude and her unwillingness to satisfy a loyal customer’s needs which is why she got the reaction she got from me today given how much I spend here. Her inability to serve the customers needs paired with modeling everything a supervisor should be she lacks that. Other than her the other staff members here is always so kind and professional, go above and beyond for their customers, greet their customers no matter how busy it gets. Sad part is it wasnt even busy . Definitely plan on reaching out to not only corporate but other higher up management to ensure something is done. I dont want my review overlooked and want it to be taken seriously.

I ordered half what’s up in corn chowder?The bread was so hard.I could not eat it and the rest was tasteless , the corn chowder was watered down , so basically it was a waste of my money at this location , i’ve had great food at other locations. However service was quick and friendly.

No bathrooms at a Wawa? I have never heard of this before. And I’ve traveled all over the country. I know it’s small…but there are definitely bathrooms here. Insane policy for a gas station.

No gas and a little small inside but overall I got what I needed. It seems to be crowded pretty regularly given it’s location. Also, extremely limited parking, maybe 10 cramped spaces.

Worst place when it comes to ordering anything delivery. Apparently there is no organization here when it comes to making sure they are making and giving out the correct orders. Three separate times I have ordered through the app for delivery and never received my order. All three times, the answer from the store was the same. Someone else took my order and if I didn’t have it (despite the doordasher being there physically waiting for the order) then that was not their issue and the only thing I can do is cancel, wait for a refund, and reorder. The fact that it’s happened three times is mind boggling to me. If you can’t handle food orders, then you shouldn’t be doing them.

This is the first Wawa we’ve ever been to that doesn’t have a gas station, but has everything else. We don’t have Wawas back home, so we like to stop at one any time we’re on a road trip. Great spot for a quick meal on the go. It does have a pretty small parking lot.

Update 11/25/25. Angel. I go into the Wawa today for the first time in along while. The police are there and a young man called them because Angel the Wawa employee had swung at him! So Wawa. What are you going to do now? I did share with the police my experiences with that employee Angel.
Hope y’all do something about him finally. I think the police were contemplating arresting him for assault! I hope they did!
UPDATE 8/22/25. We go there and say nothing and an employee Angel a man just continues to bully and harass us. A police officer was in line behind us one day and asked the employee what is the issue. Even they noticed. Wawa chooses to allow this employee to do this when all we do is go in and keep to ourselves and buy what we need. Well bye Wawa. Cause yall do nothing about your employees that bully and harass customers. Do better Wawa. Do better. Angel is not an asset he continues his unprofessional interactions at every chance he gets.
UPDATE 6/5. Spoke to the actual GM. No solution. She defended the unprofessionalism of her employee. She wanted dates and times. I provided. She can’t keep her employee from being confrontational and rude. For your own safety, avoid the male employee Angel at this location. He is abusive and rude.
Update 6/3. Today this employee Angel had a person he was outside smoking with come and confront my husband. I have reached out to Wawa and spoke to someone. However the GM got back from vacation and sent me an email, letting me know I can call her tomorrow. This location allows their employee to bully, intimidate and get others to confront customers.
Update. Spoke with Wawa. He is not the new GM. He lied. Wawa assured me they would handle this. The actual GM will call me after they return from vacation.
AS OF 8/5 the employee Angel, a man, harasses us every single chance he gets. Even though we have complained. Wawa will do nothing about an employee that goes out of his way to be rude, and mean daily.
The new manager Angel refused to scan my Wawa app twice in the same day. He yelled and got aggressive as well. I filed an official complaint. He is not friendly and gets aggressive. Won’t go there anymore. It’s a shame. I have been going there 5 years. Bring back Jeffery. He was a good manager.

The smallest Wawa location I’ve ever been to. It’s basically the convenience store (without gas pumps) for the college community of William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. If you are behind the wheel I would seek out another gas station. On foot or bicycle and either unable to or barely legal to by alcohol then this store is right up your alley.
