Okay ya’all.
If you have not eaten here, that’s a problem. One you need to solve fast.
The food is absolutely delicious. My fam shared the PDB W the Mac’n cheese and pasta salad. My kids shared the Mac and cheese. Plenty of food for the 4 of us.
Others at our table also got the Philly w fries and the chips and queso. Everything was GREAT. Have a mentioned how good the food was? There’s even a place for the kids to play. Huge open window in the front you can sit at when the weather is nice.
We live about 2 hours away, but I’d make a little staycation out of it just to eat here!

We learned of Platt Daddy from family members that live in Quincy. My husband and I came for lunch and had the burnt ends. EXCELLENT!! Sides were mac and cheese and the honey brussels. EXCELLENT!! Customer service was EXCELLENT!!
Not crowded on a Thursday afternoon but I can tell this is a hot spot for best bbq we have had in Quincy. Will be back for sure. Got my eye on that brisket shepard’s pie!!

Grass fed meat. Love it, tender meat. Burnt ends.
Also, the wings are amazing .

As soon as you walk in this joint the aroma slaps you so hard your grandmother could feel it. Like a true BBQ joint, that pulled pork stays parked on the menu every month as it should. Try this and you WILL NOT be disappointed. Jeremy isn’t a follower, he sets the trends and ensures his meat is raised locally and grass fed… 100% free from all of the toxins that will land you in the hospital.

We had an amazing experience at Plat Daddy BBQ! We tried the Brisket Frisco and the burnt ends, and both were absolutely incredible. The Brisket Frisco was packed with flavor! Tender, smoky brisket piled high on perfectly toasted sourdough bread. And the burnt ends? Melt in your mouth delicious with just the right balance of bark and juicy goodness.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the whole vibe felt like a hidden gem we can’t wait to come back to. If you’re a BBQ lover, do yourself a favor and get to Plat Daddy ASAP!

Food is delicious! They use US Wellness meats, which was a cool surprise. Pulled pork awesome, the Brussels were sweet and essentially candied but still Brussels. Good price on beers as well.

Tried the pulled pork sandwich, the bowl, Brussel sprouts, fried pickles and the tater bombs. Everything was good and well seasoned also the slaw on the pulled pork was the best slaw I’ve ever had. I also loved how the owner checked in on everyone and made sure they were doing good. Very attentive and the food comes out fast. 10/10 recommend. Update: I went down a star because there hours are weird, all the days I work are the days there open and all the days I’m off there closed, and then when I get a day off using my own time for work and plan on going here when they say there open online I end up driving the hour to eat here and there closed because they decided to take the day off.
