This place is so amazing, I absolutely love the bread sticks, amazing pizza, great service, fast, nice and just overall the best pizza joint ever created, I have moved away from Madison so I haven’t had the joy of experiencing this amazing place. Which is sad. I mean I’m telling you the bread sticks are actually addictive and the pizza has the right amount of sauce and cheese ratio. Absolutely brilliant. I don’t know who Giovanni is but he knows his stuff. The wings are amazing and to die for also, pricing is reasonable and they gave options as to whether you would want their sturdy straws and cups or just get a straight bottle of soda out of the freezer near the counter. Overall this place needs more attention. Absolutely amazing.

This visit was the second trip for myself and my party to this location. Upon entering the location it seems to close in around you, was dark, and dated. Taking out the unneeded wall at the entrance may help that and perhaps make it a little more handicap friendly. Maybe some lighter colored paint and some updates could help as well. On our first visit we were unaware of the ordering process which made it a little awkward. Some signage would perhaps help with this. Due to our first visit we knew the process and proceeded to the counter to place our order. With both visits we found the staff standoffish and were treated like we were a bother, keeping them from more important things, and that our patronage was unwanted. Staff was very unhelpful and did not seem to know the menu and the build of their products. The ordering process was very slow and staff seemed aggravated and dismissive over special request or alterations to items. They also didn’t seem to know how to enter those requests into the ordering system and in general appeared to struggle with that system. Over all the food was good and of the quality expected from this franchise on both visits. However, service was very poor on both visits. On this visit refills were never made. Checking in never happened and getting extras you had asked and paid for was difficult. When one in our party asked for a red dressing to dip their sandwich in the server seemed to get upset and smarted off as they walked away. The gentleman, who we believed to be a cook, whom brought that dressing back out to us was very nice about it. We had ordered an appetizer/starter, of which we did not receive until after we received our entrees. Had we not already paid for them we would have told them to just not worry about them. Which may be the reason why this location requires you to prepay for your order. On the previous visit we had many of the same issues with service. Completely different serving staff at both visits. On the previous visit we came to realize that what the menu says and what you receive is different. One in our party ordered a sandwich in which the menu did not list cheese as a topping but got cheese. Then when I ordered a sandwich that listed mayonnaise I received salad dressing instead. I informed the server of the mistake and that I couldn’t eat it. The server became upset, aggressive, and argued with me that it was mayonnaise. I let the server know that I knew the difference in mayonnaise and salad dressing, aka Miracle Whip, they proceed to retrieve the jar it came in to prove to me it was mayonnaise. However, the jar said on it, clearly, salad dressing the generic form of the name brand Miracle Whip. The server did not seem to understand there was a difference. After an unneeded exchange the server finally offered to make the sandwich over without any sauce. Apparently they do not even have mayonnaise even though that is what is listed on the menu for several sandwiches and that I have received at other locations of this franchise. Menus may need to be updated and staff may need to be trained more thoroughly on what is being served. Over all this location has potential to be a fantastic establishment due to it having a great central location on a highly traveled road and a brand that is of high quality and reputation.

So basically they only put cheese on half and offered me a new pizza the next day. I ordered half pep, cheese, and b peppers, and half with everything. The 2nd time they missed the peppers and onions and sausage. I don’t know what happened to this place but I’m not going back.

Great pizza place. They are always very polite and get your order right and have your food out to in no time. My favorite pizza joint in the Madison / Danville area. Recommend you always ask about their specials. You can save $$

We ordered the team pizza. It was huge.
It was also fully cooked. All of the dough was fully cooked, and had plenty of toppings.

I’m sorry to say that after multiple 5-star reviews, it finally happened. I took my family here for dinner, and I’m truly sorry I did. I ordered a beacon and mushroom pizza and got a mushroom pizza. My nephew ordered a large pepperoni and got a medium. ( on a large plater) My wife ordered a chef salad, and they brought her a bowl of lettuce with 2 tomato slices on it. I don’t know if they have new owners, or maybe they should hire competent people who can read. Either way, I’m truly disappointed in this experience! Oh an there was only 1 couple there when we got there.
