I just visited this establishment during my lunch break 2/19 to order two slices of pizza. After paying, I informed the cashier that I would wait outside. Ten minutes passed with no update, so I went back inside to check on my order. At that moment, the cashier admitted she had forgotten to put the pizza in the oven.
What I saw next was extremely concerning: the employee working near the pizza prep area was on her phone, leaning directly over an open cheese container. The lack of hygiene and professionalism was alarming—especially for a business handling food.
Given that I only have a 30-minute break, I told the cashier I no longer wanted the order and requested a refund. She then stated she was unable to process refunds and that I would have to “come back at night” to get one. Even after asking for a manager, she repeated that she could not provide a refund and that the owner was asleep. What kind of answer is that? This lady shouldn’t be working here.
A gentleman in line witnessed the situation and kindly offered me $20 because the cashier refused to return my money. Despite this generous gesture, the cashier still insisted she could not issue a refund from the register.
I work in the area, and it is truly unacceptable for any business to treat working professionals—and customers in general—with this level of disregard. Between the poor customer service, the refusal to correct their own mistake, and the questionable hygiene I observed, this experience reflects extremely poorly on the management and staff.
As of now, I still have not received my refund.
If the owner reads this, I strongly encourage immediate action regarding staff training, food-safety standards, and basic customer service practices. No customer should have to deal with this.

They made me come pick up my order at 2am. The order supposed to be delivered, but surprise, they didn’t wanted to give it to me because on their system the order was showing as canceled, so I had to paid it again to take it home. I did not agreed becouse that means I had to deal either with Gruphub or with them later to get one of the two payments back. The manager had Really back actitud. I was not hungry at that time anyways but they had to keep two pizzas probably without payment if in fact Gruphub cancel the order. Fact is I was charged and I’ll dealwith that.

I got the Stromboli, which I highly recommend because it was pretty filling. I didn’t even finish it. I saved it for the next day. I also recommend the garlic knots they were pretty filling, good bang for your buck. The pizza by the slice seemed a little overpriced for what you get. But this is a good relatively quick lunch option in the area and pretty cheap which there’s not enough cheap places.

This place is expensive and the prices are high, they advertise $8.75 for 2 slices and a drink but when I ordered it, the total came out to $19.
Apparently it’s only a lunch special. Also there was no tomato sauce on a cheese slice.

I’ve ordered from here countless times on Uber Eats—pepperoni, sausage, plain, combo pies—and every single one has been excellent. The crust, the sauce, the flavor… honestly, it’s on par with what I grew up eating in New York. Even when it arrives warm (as all delivery does), a quick heat-up brings it right back to life.
Prices are reasonable, and the quality has been super consistent. I don’t get the 3.9 rating at all; if you’re from New York and you’re craving legit pizza in Miami, this spot is absolutely worth it.

The pizzas here are absolutely delicious the best I’ve ever had! The flavors are rich, the crust is perfectly baked, and every bite tastes fresh and authentic. On top of that, the kindness and friendliness of the staff make the whole experience even better. Their warm attitude makes you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

The art festival is no excuse to be disrespectful towards a individual (me) as I’m working to deliver food to other individuals that are waiting for there food, yet even the owner told the employees/ family to slow down on the food I had to deliver.
I won’t recommend this place to eat, it’ll be better if you go four blocks up and have a better experience where you can actually bring your kids.

I literally just walked by this place this afternoon and saw the door was open, as they were trying out the new ovens. I got a sample of the pizza and it was amazing. Tomas did a great job with the updated new location. This place was in this same spot 6 years ago, but the building was old and dated. No more. This is now modern and sleek, clean, and the pizza is truly a NYC slice. If you are a fan of NYC pizza, and have tried slices from DiFara’s, Joe’s, LB Spumoni Gardens and Lucali, you will not be disappointed. Crust done to perfection, with perfect layers of high quality ingredients (I tried the classic cheese). Can’t wait for the place to open as I will be a regular.

My friend and I ate hamburgers at this restaurant for the first time today. The food was great, fresh, and very tasty. But even better than the food was the amazing customer service provided to us. We had an issue with our order, and April, who was in charge of taking orders today, not only helped us despite it not being her fault, but was so genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful that she turned what would have been a one time visit to an ordinary restaurant into a pleasant and memorable experience. Thanks to her, I’ll be recommending this restaurant to others, and both of us will definitely be coming back!
