I came to this location the employees were nice and friendly the food was hot and fresh. They did accept my old coupons not like the other KFC down the street. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

This is on my way home, at least 2x a month I order thru the drive thru. However, every other time they mess up my order. I don’t mind paying extra and I understand sometimes it can happen when its busy. But this time I ordered a 4 piece with 2 legs and 2 breasts and they gave me a leg, thigh, half a wing, and breast. There was no one else there and they charge me extra for my order. I will never go back there again. I am being generous just not going back there. The minimum wage is 15 dollars, the employees are not worth it.

Food was good even though we had to ask for something that wasn’t listed on the menu.. However when we walked into the bathroom the floor was “mopped”, but they were greasy and we almost fell…when I reported the floors the girl at counter only said “oh”…. then she went to bathroom, came out grabbed the dirty mop & proceeded to re-mop. At least the other gal said “oh I am sorry” when I asked for the store manager… we received ordered & quickly left. The place didn’t seem too clean, we didn’t want to eat in…the food was good, the floors were dirty & greasy.

If it was just how they served and customer service, I would’ve given them 5 stars… But the restroom, and lack of condiments (ketchup) was the last star.
The bathrooms automated towel dispenser was not working- the sink look like it hasn’t been cleaned for a week or two, and the restroom altogether looked unsightly.
But man is the food and the service fast and good. Food was good, drinks were good-looking they also accommodated me asking for a mix for their southern mix (I’d ask for hot and spicy with a glaze of bbq,- some stores won’t do that.

This is the worst chicken I’ve ever had! It was disgustingly greasy. This is the second time we have gone there. I thought maybe the first bad experience was a fluke. It took 20 minutes to get our food, there was a spilled drink on front of the register and workers didn’t care. Obviously these employees don’t care or are plain stupid and can’t read to get an order right. I’m calling to complain as well as write this review.

I ordered a 9pc bucket yesterday and I was very disappointed at this location. I would say this was the worst fried chicken you can not imagine. It was like very old and dry both spicy and original. They must have refried the chickens like thousands of time. It is not editable. The skin was supposed to be the best part but it was dry like a hard cardboard that you can’t even taste the famous herbs. It was dinner time I ordered at 6pm and you would think that they would have fresh chickens. I would not recommend anyone going there as this place has the worst owner/management. Had to buy something else for my kids. I would rate no star if that was an option.

Chicken was on point. Staff here not friendly, kindly rude to the point that they don’t want to be be. I went drive through at night time, menu board was not lit, I told the lady while there and also at the window and she ignored me like she was deaf, she was Hispanic, Samoan looking. Last but not least, can KFC look at their receipts, it don’t have no ink, so I don’t know if I was charged right.
