I’m writing this with genuine disappointment. I went through the drive-through at Arby’s and ordered a roast beef sandwich. While eating it, I discovered a slice of a tooth inside my sandwich.
This was extremely upsetting and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I bit down on it, and it went in between two of my teeth and was very hard, which immediately made me stop eating. It was a frightening experience and left me feeling sick and shaken.
I understand mistakes can occur, but finding something like this in food is serious and should be addressed to prevent it from happening again. It really affected my trust in the quality control at this location.
I’m hoping management and corporate will take this issue seriously and follow up appropriately. I would appreciate being contacted regarding this experience.

Gross…cold food. I have no idea how that is even possible, when fast food joints just drop food into a fryer. If you want bubble sewer guts as a fun lunch side trip, go to this Arby’s. Do not go to this location, honestly just don’t go to any Arby’s they just don’t care about quality of food or service anymore.

*10am 7/27/22* Slow service. Worker said he was the only person there working. Clearly saw 3 others sitting around. Ordered #5 meal didn’t even get the chicken that came with the sandwich. Sandwich was completely cold. They “don’t have the meats”

Cheessteak sandwich was horrible. A sloppy “cheese dip with small chunks of “meat” on a bun. Not as pictured on tv ad or menu at all. Sloppy gray colored, cheap canned flavorless “cheese”.Not grilled with peppers and onions. Employee,a millennial, stated “That’s what we are given to serve” and slammed the drive up window.
Crinkle fries were cold, stale and tasteless.
Never will order anything from Arby’s again!

Not the best experience at this Arby’s location. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru—middle-aged and noticeably unfocused—didn’t seem to be paying attention at all. I only ordered 2 jalapeño sliders, a pack of potato cakes, and a classic roast beef with sides of ketchup and ranch. We were the only car in the drive-thru, so there was no excuse for being busy or multitasking with other customers. I had to fully repeat the order three times, which was honestly baffling. I have several years of experience working in the fast food industry, so I have a solid understanding of how drive-thru operations work. At one point, I even wondered if she might have been under the influence of something—her behavior was that out of it.
To top it off, the roast beef looked off in color and didn’t taste like it usually does. It’s definitely not the Arby’s quality I’ve come to expect. Really disappointing visit overall.

Sean was wonderful! Our potato cakes came out cold so he replaced them and gave extra for the wait.. hands down 10/10 excellent service! I highly recommend this Arby’s!

The staff is always great. Food is always hot and correct. Also when you are there, there is a bell to ring if you are having a delightful experience. They always say thank you when you ring it. Riley is so amazing!! She will never let you down!!!
