I didn’t realize that this was a food truck, so it took me a minute to locate it. It’s right in front of Lowe’s.
I wanted mexican, but something quick. This was near Taco Palace which I’ve had before, so I thought I’d try it. Really glad I did!
I had two tacos – one barbacoa and one asada. The asada was a little bit saltier than I normally like, but still tasty. But the barbacoa – AMAZING! I’d like to try the other types of tacos, but this was so good, I may just stick with it.
The green sauce (mild) is much more mild than I would have liked, but I was scared off when they said that the red sause was REALLY hot. I’ll be trying the red sauce next time. Maybe in the end, I’ll mix the two.
They also have hot dogs, hamburgers, and other things. For a quick bite, I was quite happy with the experience and will be going back.

The food truck was at bearded brewery. I had the queso birria tacos. They we’re tasty hot and fresh.

Guacamole was out of a can. Totally processed and my carne asada tacos had super dry and crispy meat. Wasn’t good at all. Wife had a quesadilla that was ok.

I was in town visiting with family and got breakfast burritos from this food truck in front of Lowes. They did not disappoint! It was busy, so I did have a little bit of a wait for my food but they gave me a pager so I could wait in my car. So worth the wait. Yum!

Got chorizo breakfast burritos and was disappointed, not chorizo they were big chunks of some kind of meat and potatoes were hard and not fully cooked and no flavor.
