pretty good sandwiches! I got the el italia with chicken cutlet, mozzarella and balsamic. cutlets were perfectly fried and bread was substantial and delicious. I had 2 points of feed back though:
1) it’s a $2 upcharge to add roasted red peppers to a 12” sub. You get about 4 ish peppers total at this cost. I think it’s a little bit of an unnecessary price, considering that the peppers should be required for a sandwich like this. also wish it had basil but i’m just being nitpicky there. I also noticed that in the build your own, every ingredient has an upcharge (including a squirt of mayo or a little bit of lettuce!)
2) the free potato chips were appreciated and the homemade attempt was nice but honestly, they were not good. they were too thick, many were overfried, and lost their crunch after just a little bit of time. My honest suggestion is for them to get a mandolin/slice them thinner and also SOAK (and dry) the potato slices before frying.
I got a BOGO deal on doordash, but unfortunately my driver delivered to the wrong address. I was determined and drove my car around the block to search for it. therefore, I will not comment on the integrity/quality of the sandwich since I didn’t get to eat it until over an hour after it was made.

Ordered from Angelli’s of Brooklyn through DoorDash and it did not disappoint. The food came fresh, hot, and full of flavor — you can tell they actually care about quality. Portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade. Service was quick and smooth, and the packaging kept everything intact. Definitely gives off that authentic New York deli vibe even through delivery.

Ordered the Italian Roast Beef and this had to be the absolute worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The “roast beef” had no flavor whatsoever and the meat was so dry. Absolutely will never order again. What a waste of money….
