Literally 4 out of the only 5 times I’ve ordered from here, I’ve gotten dark meat chicken when I order and pay for all white meat. This time not only was my chicken order wrong, but the JoJos were nasty, and the Cole slaw was so runny and tasted funny, we didn’t want any of it but “they don’t do refunds”. The manager was rude and still tried to to argue the fact that the thighs were “just small breasts” even though I ripped them apart and they were 110% thighs. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering anything from there again.

Gionino’s Pizza absolutely nailed it with their pepperoni pizza! The crust was perfectly baked, the sauce had that rich, savory flavor with just the right touch of sweetness, and the cheese was melted to perfection—stretchy, gooey, and full of flavor. The pepperoni itself was bold and delicious, with that satisfying crisp around the edges that makes every bite a winner. It all came together in a way that felt balanced and indulgent without being overwhelming. Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend

We used to order from gioninos all the time when they first opened here in town. They were great when they first opened. Lately though they’ve been getting worse and worse. Tonight was the last straw unfortunately. I ordered two of the 2 piece fried chicken meals at 3:50pm or so. 5pm rolls around and food is still not here. I called them, and they were unable to help, just saying it was on the way. Well, it eventually showed up about 10-15 minutes later. And wouldn’t you know, lukewarm JoJos, coleslaw that tasted old, and cold chicken.
Needless to say, no more gioninos for us. It really sucks because they started out as such a good place too.

I love their pizza but I do not like being told “we will get it to you when we get there” I’ve been in a pizza store as a higher store manager and this to me was absolutely distasteful.i couldn’t imagine telling someone purchasing the product I support that I’ll get them their food when we got their. Definitely needs some improvements on customer service.

Called at 7:18pm I got 12pc honey mustard boneless wings, 2L of Pepsi and 2L of root beer. Got told it’s would be 45 to 1hr wait. I waited hour and half no food so I called had to wait on hold to find out they forgot about me. Finally got my food at 8:53pm and my boneless wings don’t have any sauce on them at all.

Delivery, pizza was doughy, not prepared how requested. Asked for very done and low or half sauce. Paid extra delivery fee and tipped 25 to driver. Only fault is to person who took order and person who prepared pizza. Definitely undercooked and way too much sauce.
