Ordered at 8:09pm so my kids can have dinner while I’m at work. Delivered was delayed tremendously tried calling the store only to be on hold numerous times because they would answer then put back on hold and I know this was done intentionally because I would hear the background noise before being put on hold. So no one services the call. Food was complete an sitting at 9:42pm it was finally delivered at 10:48pm. No apologizes. When the food arrived yes it was cold no it was not made correctly. The pasta bowl was covered in cheese when it was not supposed to have to cheese due to allergies. The cinnamon twist were hard and looked old. And all of this could have been resolved had they just answered the phone. I told my oldest to put the food in the fridge so we can take it back up to the store in the morning I’m sooo pissed. I don’t want any points or a coupon for $3 off I want my money back and will get it. Beware of this store and the manager Gerald on duty because they will do nothing but mess up your order and won’t answer the phone

I came in tonight to pick up an order. They were super busy. They had all the staff working their butt off tonight. I heard them communicating well with each other and trying to get everything done. Even as busy as they were they were still kind. They had the A team working tonight and I’m grateful they were willing to work that hard for our dinner tonight. Thank you guys. I hope the management appreciates your hard work and dedication.

Worst ever made and sliced pizza I’ve ordered there Ticket number 585 order number 182585. One pizza was barely done. It looks like they just hit it with the knife one or two times or a hammer didn’t slice it up. Didn’t give me cheddar cheese bread and barely added my toppings. Worst order ever I’ve had at this location.

They told me my $60 would be put back on my card with in 2-3 days that was on Saturday and it is now Wednesday that is 4 days my account says they are waiting on them to finish canceling the transaction…idk why businesses and people think its going to be okay to play with people money so quick to take it but slow to return it smh thats why I prefer cash transaction for deliveries plus this location tends to burn food sometimes thats a fact!!

It was horrible and worker didn’t know what he was doing. Over charged me for a medium two topping pizza and 8 chicken wings. They do not provide crushed pepper or cheese, plus had to wait 55 minutes for the food.

All of the food i ordered was wrong and was slap dash put together and then when I called and asked about it the person on the phone called me a liar I will be going back in the morning to ask the manager about it as this was dinner for my family we had no choice but to eat it but I have pictures of what the pizzas looked like 1st the ultimate pepperoni has like 15 pieces total 2nd the Buffalo chicken pizza just has Buffalo sauce dumped on top and 3rd the custom Alfredo chicken bacon and jalapeño pizza has no bacon on it after I go back in the morning I will never be ordering anything from these people again and I will be contacting corporate and anyone I have to to get some kind of action including legal action

Have you wait on the drive-through for 15 minute and the staff are yapping with each other. then somebody show up telling you that your order is in the oven right now which is 25 minutes late than what the online said. horrible people

Seemed as if the guy inside was working alone, he was pretty fast as well as friendly. I did order extra cheese and a garlic sauce that I didn’t get but honestly I don’t blame him for them being short staffed. He did his best, I just wish I had gotten the extra cheese and garlic sauce.

i understand that it can be a fast paced job but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be any sense of urgency at all in the staff, because there isn’t. patiently waited for 5+ minutes without any acknowledgment or greeting (the drive thru window customer waited longer than i did) and they still needed 10 extra minutes to finish my order. ended up having to cancel my order because of a time crunch
