Stop at the burger on our way thru from Starkville to Ridgeland, placed ordered asked for medium onion for the one of the orders. Get to the window, get food, we were given fries, asked the lady at the window could we switch them out……. She rudely replied, not at the window and walked off…….we will never stop her again. You rung me up for onion rings……..

Absolutely terrible service. How can 2 people be so rude to customers? Not a thank you or a smile between the 2 employees. The girl just basically snatched my money and rammed a bag out the window after a rude “what you want” exchange over the drive through. Do better BK, this is unacceptable.

I ordered on DoorDash. Requested no tomatoes(I’m allergic) and guess what? A bunch of tomatoes was slapped on there. Asked for the new mozzarella sticks(4) piece and it looked like someone ate half and threw the pieces in the bag. Mind you the 12 piece order had full length sticks! I was missing an order of fries and the ones I did get were cold/hard. I RARELY give a bad review, in fact I can’t remember ever giving one really but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes for cold breakfast burrito and not even the correct burrito that I ordered. Customer service is extremely horrible avoid this Burger King at all costs. There should be a reason why there is no cars or no people in the restaurant food is horrible service is horrible

This was an odd one. The food was spot on and I didn’t have a problem with the service. I witnessed a couple of other interactions that I wasn’t a fan of. I was inline behind a gentleman that couldn’t make his mind up and the cashier seemed to be getting irritated. While I was waiting, an older lady approached the counter with an order of fries. Without saying a word to the lady, the cashier, took the ladies fries, threw them in the garbage and turned and yelled out that she needed another kids fry. When she got them, she handed them to the lady, again, without a word and continued on with the gentleman who was still ordering.
I’m not sure if there was some history with either of these two but I felt like it could have been handled a little better.

The food was good, we usually stop at McDonald’s but it’s game day and they are packed. Was a little weary of trying BK because there weren’t any customers. There were only two people working but they had it together. The lady that took our order was very friendly, and the one cooking did a good job. We will be going back…

This is one of the best run BK restaurants I’ve ever been inside. The man that took our order knew his stuff, took our order within 60 seconds of arriving. The fish sandwich meals were excellent. All in all a good experience.
