I just had my first visit to Prestwick At The Crossing, and overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. The food was definitely the highlight for me—I absolutely loved the donuts and the sausage sandwich was fantastic.
While I had a great time, I’m giving them a 4-star review instead of 5 because of the cleanliness. The dining area was a bit messy and the donut cabinet itself really needed a good cleaning. If they can get the shop tidied up, it would easily be a perfect 5-star spot for me!

Parlor Doughnuts is truly such a welcoming and fun place for all kinds of people. Their doughnuts are so unique and I love seeing the reaction of people when they first see what this place has to offer! Specifically for Febuary, following Valentines Day, they offer a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Doughnuts which is so both visually appealing and tastes delicious! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a sweet treat!

Came to leave a review when I saw the abundance of other reviews about Ethan! I mean wow was this visit truly wonderful. This young man deserves some huge props! My order consisted of 2 of their sweet doughnuts plus their new OG Pepperoni doughnut, which was no doubt the best doughnut I have ever tried. Ethan greeted me as soon as I entered and was on it to help me decide with all the options. I think Lucille also deserves a mention, who was helpful with checking me out. Would totally recommend coming here, it is truly a one of a kind restaurant with so much not only in food to offer, but with a comfortable environment and distinction to leave you with absolutely zero regret.

Parlor is an Indiana company, which is nice to be able to support opposed to other national brands.
The doughnuts are layered, similar to croissant dough, which is delicious and keeps better than traditional yeast or cake doughnuts, and are amazing when reheated for a minute or two in the air fryer.
The drip coffee is pretty good, not quite as good as Tinker coffee, but better than the national doughnut chains.

Highly recommend! Fantastic food place and even comes with a drive-threw. They had so many doughnut options which was super impressive. A young man named Ethan helped me with my order and it came fast with no problems. He and another woman both worked on my order and I felt really taken care of. Fantastic!

Not my first time here, but as always the service is excellent and the employees are so detail oriented!! Ethan was my server today and he did a great job helping me, my husband, and my kids decide what doughnuts to get. The doughnuts as always are so unique and delicious. The donuts here are amazing. They are slightly different than other donuts, but absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out. The staff, particularly Ethan, is helpful and patient and made great recommendations for things to try. You won’t be disappointed!

In fairness, I haven’t bit into a doughnut but I’m bringing a half dozen home for the family to try. I came here for the coffee and that’s good, so I’m optimistic. The service is awesome and they made me two fresh French Toast doughnuts, which are supposed to be their most popular. I’m told the lines are out the door on the weekend. I’m sure it is popular for all the right reasons. I will update after the “guinea pigs” at home give me their opinions.
