The food was amazing and such a big portion. Not only that but the spices were also top tier. I would recommend to any foodie with a lunch appetite.

I love onigilly and this place has made it accessible to just get one when I needed it. This would be more 3rd or 4th visit at this point. Last night while at Valley Fair I suddenly felt faint-ish from hunger/lack of food. We were at Men’s Macy’s to shop for my husband but I had not expected to be there that long. From a distance inside Macy’s, I could see the exit to the mall (planning my escape route – just kidding). I knew a onigilly could solve my hangry problem. I actually was prepared to pay approx $10 for one as that was what I recall paying before….but it was surprisingly a good price at around $3.99 (so I ordered two, to give one to the hubs). And then I got a reward to claim so when I added that reward one of my onigilly was credited. That was a nice surprise. Besides the pricing the onigilly was yummy and the seaweed crunchy. I got the tuna. It was a good proportion of rice to tuna. The line wasn’t that bad, one person ahead of me. It was at around 8 pm.

Onigilly serves tasty Japanese-style rice balls with fresh, flavorful sashimi — a great option for a quick yet satisfying meal. The ingredient flavors are well-balanced. Worth a try if you’re craving something light, fresh, and different!

The rice balls are freshly made and delicious! I ordered spicy tuna and baked salmon. The spicy tuna one really stands out – fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend the spicy tuna (in the deluxe menu) if you’re trying to decide which flavor to get. They have so many varieties from their menu, would definitely come back and try some more! The food here makes a great quick bite or light meal.

Staff were wonderful atmosphere was amazing and the food was top-notch. Honestly, it was worth the money and worth the weight. I love eating here and I will definitely be coming constantly if I’m around here in the area especially here at the mall staff were treated me so kindly let me know if I need utensils automatically put utensils without me even asking would put napkins as well. Told me to have a wonderful day and that just lightened up my world, the food was amazing was fresh was warm was hot it was amazing nothing was raw. Nothing was bad nothing about it. It came with all condiments, sauces, and I loved It. After I ordered, they put all my food in a bag they pulled it to make sure nothing fell out, which was amazing amazing on their part overall 1000/1000 I loved it

Overall good food and selection like their location in Palo Alto.
Would say that the recipe/mix could use a little bit more seasoning or sauce. Otherwise it’s good and repeatable.
Got the snow crab and salmon.

It’s a little stand, not much atmosphere. No place to sit. It’s something I appreciate because it’s fast and easy. As an introvert, I also loved how everything was ordered via a tablet so I don’t need to talk to anyone. However, they have great customer service and the workers greeted me with a smile on their face. Onigiri was a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. My suggestions are always spam (have to go with the classic) and king snow crab. It’s not very filling, more of a little snack than lunch or dinner.

Bought the unagi and sweet soy salmon poke one. The poke one had maybe 5 pieces of salmon, it was mostly made up of crab salad which was a little disappointing. Both cost $4.85. I would get the unagi one again since it was a decent amount of unagi meat. Nothing crazy about it, but convenient and quick service.

Really good and quick food that is overly expensive. All of their options have been really good, their fish poke is very flavorful. They are pretty quick with making food with how little staff they have for the amount of people that order.

The onigiri is quite tasty and suitably warm. The karage could use some sauce. We liked it well enough that we would come back.
