I went by yesterday and wanted to check this place out since it’s fairly new. I ordered 3 tacos. I ordered the Lucha Libre Pastor Taco, Kung Fu Pork Taco, and the Taekwondo Beef Taco. These all had a great taste and had plenty stuffed inside the tortillas. The hot mocha sauce on the first 2 tacos was greatn not to hit just right. It had a nice flavor and blended well with the pork. Which the pork itself was not dried out and a nice tenderness. The slaw on the Kung Fu Taco have a nice texture to the bite and complemented the other flavors. The meat on the Taekwondo Taco was very soft and tasty. The cucumber piece was crisp and the slaw had a great taste. Visually they all looked amazing when presented to me. I will definitely be going back to try the other tacos and burgers they have. The prices were not expensive and it was a good portion on each Taco. They offered can drinks or unsweetened tea but were in the middle of getting a fountain drink machine installed.

We had the All American burger and the Capoeira Burger. They were both delicious, especially the Capoeira with 3 slices of picanha. The fries were also delicious, nice and crispy. A little on the salty side but still delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant. I do need to come back and have the tacos though.

These burgers are LEGIT! We tried the Luchador, the Gladiator, and a regular double cheeseburger all were fantastic. We also ordered the Nashville chicken fries, which were awesome. Looking forward to our next visit!

Saw this place in a video and immediately had to try it out! I took my brother to eat here for his bday a few days ago and he was wanting some burgers and i thought this would be a great place to check out and it was. The burgers were tasty and pretty good size, specially when getting the double since most of the options already have an extra meat inside. Will def need to come back to try out the tacos

My family and I were looking for a quaint place to eat, after a long day of errands. Burgers Vs Tacos provided a very refreshing take with their expansive menu that spanned many unique cultures. There were tacos named after Japanese traditions, such as the kung fu pork taco, that featured many Japanese ingredients. On the side of the burgers the creativy of the names was just as fitting as the quality of the food. The burgers, such as the Box fight burger, feature familiar Texas cusines, that being brisket. The service was exceptional as well. Our server seemed kind and patient with my family’s order, and the chefs seemed care about their craft at the level of a professional chef. Overall this place is great, with exceptional service, food and aesthetic all at an affordable price. I implore anyone that reads this review to give this place a visit, as it will be one of the best food experiences you will ever have in Texas!!

This place was great. So we tried the Kung fu, taekwondo, and Lucha libre pastor and they where good. The best one was lucha libre taco it was spicy and sweet with the pineapple definitely my favorite. The burgers are good and moist. The Charlie fries also good. The tomato jam definitely worth the try. The only thing that sucks they don’t offer a meal so gets pricey buying everything separate. But definitely recommend this spot we’ll be going back.

The food was delicious! We had gourmet burgers. There was only 2 people there. Both were cooking. One would stop to take the order. So if no one is at the front and you see a cook, be patient and someone will eventually take your order. Everything is being cooked and prepared while you wait. So sit and patiently wait while your food is being cooked and prepared.

I started out my google review journey because I wanted to help others get a better understanding of what they are getting themselves into, before spending their money on food that’s not worth the hassle. With that said, I saw a TikTok video about this restaurant by S.A. foodie & decided to give this place a try. Mind you, I ordered delivery, which usually is a much different experience than going in person. Nonetheless, for this restaurant, I’m sorry to say, but the presentation was terrible. The photo’s do the burger justice as this is exactly what came out of the bag. The taste of the burger itself was nothing special either. I wouldn’t say it was bad, but the chicken was a bit bland & left a lot to be desired. Overall, this is an average burger joint in my opinion, nothing special. Let this be a lesson, don’t trust social media editing, it often times makes a place & their food appear better than it truly is.

Pretty neat spot for burgers and tacos. Love that the menu is naming themes are martial arts of different countries. Had the Capoeira Burger and the Lucha Libre Pastor Taco with the Char Siu Fries. Burger was nice and juicy. Thick too and the picanha slices were very tender and juicy too. The taco was very flavorful with what you expect from an al pastor taco. Fries were pretty good with the char siu pork slices, but I will say the amount of salt in it was a little excessive. Made it too salty and overpowered the char siu pork’s flavor. Less salt and it’ll be perfect imho. Overall, great new spot for lunch or dinner breaks. The staff were very welcoming and explained the menu in great detail, especially behind the names. Fresh cut fries in the future would be a nice addition, but that’s just me being nit picky.
