I stopped by this Wingstop one day and had a really good experience. It was pretty busy, but I noticed this guy with a big afro in the back named Seth who really stood out. He really went above and beyond because he was super friendly, made sure everything in the order was right and organized, and kept a good attitude. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you could tell he was putting in real effort to keep things running smoothly in the kitchen. It’s always nice seeing someone work that hard behind the scenes. Seth definitely deserves some recognition. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I meant to post this a couple of weeks ago and it slipped my mind. This Wingstop has not always been a great place to go to in my opinion but lately they have stepped up their game. They seem to be working faster on getting orders out and correct. The staff that is there now is great! Very friendly and amazing service. My wings were hot and delicious. My fries were seasoned perfectly. It was so much food I had to share because I could t finish it all. Love their ranch too! I have been here several times in the last few weeks for myself and because I do food delivery. If you have not had a good experience in the past please give them another chance. Just be patient as they are very busy 99% of the time.

I haven’t even been super satisfied with this Wingstop, working all over the metroplex I have had my fair share of Wingstop and Decatur has honestly been my least favorite, until tonight! Service was great! I order 20 wings and got 22 wings, they actually had sauce with them compared to other times when there’s hardly any sauce at all, and the fries were seasoned perfectly! I’m not sure if they had a change in management or staff, or maybe I’ve been coming in on the wrong days but, Sarah, Raymond, Alec, and Diego did a fantastic job tonight! This visit was the best Wingstop I have ever had!

Had wings with fries and veggie sticks delivered. No fries or veggie sticks but did manage to get 10 of the worst looking and smelling legs I’ve ever seen. Definitely not going to taste them high dollar nasty things. Can’t get the other items delivered so great job Wingstop, you’re truly impressive.

Ordered 1 10 piece wing combo, 2 flavors, carrot sticks and a side of fries. Didn’t get the carrot sticks and here attached are pictures of the RIDICULOUS amount of grease with a side of lemon pepper wings and the GALLON of BBQ sauce that came with a side of wings. Working in fast food, I get it shit happens but this is completely uncalled for & no way they didn’t notice this before sending it out. Do better.

I ordered 3 different flavors of boneless wings, Mango Habanero-Lemon Pepper- Korean Bbq, and in return, I received 2 flavors, and they were the wrong order. Wingstop staff said they couldn’t do anything about it because I had to take it up with Doordash even though wingstop staff sent me the wrong order under my name to begin with. My drink wasn’t sealed from the lid like they normally send it and the drink looked watered down.

Dallas was an AMAZING help. we tried to order online and had trouble so we called in our order and they told us they were short staffed and struggling and still managed to get us HOT wings and make fresh ranch in a matter of minutes. Service was unforgettably amazing and they have made customers for life!

Have eaten here a few times and always been just fine. This was just not this case on this occasion. I could not quite wait till I got home and started nibbling on one wing. Thought someting was odd, and stopped nibbling. Got home and realized the wings were grossly undercooked. We live about 21 miles from the Decatur Wing Stop, so going back was not worth it. So to make a too long review even longer ~ I popped the wings in the oven , 375° and 20 min. later they were just fine. We will go back but let em know to finish the darn things before serving.

All I wanted ALL THREE visits were some Louisiana rub wings that actually had seasoning with OUT a whole cup of grease that caused my seasoning to be at the bottom. DRAIN the grease !!! Make your own wings at home you’re way better off !!
