Food was fresh . One employee was lost in the sauce so to speak and upon paying for my food I picked up a cell phone on accident that was laying by the debit machine. Didn’t realize it until I got home. Shortly afterwards the police showed up to my house. I almost caught a charge for an accident. Also why was there a random phone laying directly where people have there phones out to pay? The store was kept clean , the food was good, and the service was less than okay

I didn’t get the employee’s name, but on my receipt it says ‘served by 10051.’ Not once, but twice while I was in town for the holiday weekend, she made me THE BEST veggie wrap I’ve ever had from a Subway. She remembered my order exactly from one day to the next, helping my husband with the order when I asked him to return the next day to get me another wrap. She was so sweet.
I was so grateful for the delicious and filling veggie meal option.

I have never had an employee at a restaurant be so put out by doing their job before! It was not busy, at all. She was so annoyed that we were even there! So so much attitude. Almost left 30 seconds in!

Everything was Good. I felt bad for the lady working there. She was the only one there with no help and she was waiting on customers plus making online orders and doing the drive thru. Whoever owns this place or is the one in charge,You ought to be ashamed for only having one working and making that lady run her self ragede. I hope she is getting paid 20 dollars or more to run your business all by herself.

Fresh food. Boy, is it a topic but is Subways food up to the hype?
Firstly, the food. When I come, I get a footlong chicken and cheese sandwhich on wheat bread, toasted. The meal is crunchy, hot, and incredible. The bread gives the sandwich that perfect crunch it needs, and then, with the hot grilled chicken with melted cheese, it creates a mean combo with protein and savory flavor. And most importantly, IT IS FRESH AS THE COMMERCIAL SAYS. The food is easily a five for me.
Secondly, the service. When I walked in there, one person was in the whole shop. I mean, come on, Subway, you can’t run a business like that. However, I got the most cool worker. This man didn’t get a single thing on our order wrong. I got 4 sandwiches, and it only took 5 minutes. However, it still would’ve been way quicker with more than one person. For these 2 reasons, I’m giving the service 3 stars. The man I got really makes up for the lack of others.
Third, the atmosphere. It was nonexistent. The place was a dead zone. No one else in the entire place, no music, no fun, notta. Without question, this is the worst atmosphere I’ve ever seen.
Finally, the price. For 4 people, it was 40 bucks. 10 Dollars a person. This is horrendous. I mean, 10 dollars for a sandwich I could make at home for 2, this isn’t a good idea. And it’s shown, as almost nobody comes because of the price. Plus, I can only come once a month, or otherwise I’d run out of money.
In conclusion, I would only come because of the food. LITERALLY IT. If Subway lowered the price by a few bucks, had some sort of atmosphere, and anyone besides a singular person in the store, then maybe I would come regularly. But sadly, my wishes won’t be met, and I have to settle on 2 stars for a place that used to be so great. I really hope Subway gets it together!

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have meatballs thawed out so I couldn’t get the sandwich I wanted. Also did not have cookies and told me it would be 25 minutes to make them. Service from the employee was horrible. She acted like she didn’t even want to make my food. Music was to loud so it was hard to communicate. All around hated the experience

They need to train their workers better. I asked for some bread to be removed, and the boy didn’t know what I was talking about, which is fine, so I explained what I was talking about, and the boy tried to do it. Now that’s not even what I’m really grumpy about, I’m grumpy because every time I tried to tell the boy what to do, he kept looking at the guy I was with to confirm what I was saying. The other two employees, were nice, and friendly. They did exactly what I asked, and didn’t look to the guy I was with to confirm it.
Oh also my son was excited to see they still had Cherry Coke.
We used a coupon to get all three of our sandwiches. All three of our sandwiches did taste good.
