Park in the parking lot next to Longs Drugs on the first floor of phase 2 Pearlridge, the one with the movie theatre. This corner kiosk dessert shop has 2 tables that seats 4 each. I ordered the Frosty Special which is a halo halo/shave ice. Mine had 2 flan pieces and I ate the whole thing! It was delicious and better than Magnolia’s. My son had the fruity pebbles rolled ice cream which reminds me of Cold Stone Creamery and just as good. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this for sure.

this place deserves a lot of recognition! everything here is bomb. customer service is great, too. probably the best place in all of Aiea to go to for a cold snack 🙂 you guys should have a competitive eating challenge, call it the ultimate Frosty’s special or something lol

Mahalo to Frosty’s Cafe located in PearlRidge. Staff was so friendly & got the pleasure to meet the owner himself. My boyfriend & I got the lychee rolled ice cream topped with mochi balls & let me tell you, we were not disappointed. Overall, from customer service to the ice cream m, everything was great ☺️

Such a amazing service! It tastes better than the ones nearby, and you’ll never gonna get the quality of the service here in anywhere nearby. I ordered cookies n’ cream which is my recommendation. I’ll definitely take my friends with me here next time

This place opened a little more than a year ago and we found it about 6 months after arriving on island. It is our go to for ice cream and drinks. My kids love the rolled ice cream. It’s made fresh on the spot with fresh fruit and flavors. Real ube on the ube rolled ice cream. Highly recommended. Price is really good as well. The staff, some of the friendliest people you’ll meet in Hawaii.
