I would love to give this location at negative 50 score! Such teriunle customer service! the funny thing is, I felt her energy as soon as I parked my vehicle as she was sweeping.. I smiled and said hello at 25625 Location. As we all do know that they are individually owned and operated.
They still run the name of Subway and are a franchise.
Long story short she was super rude. I asked her when the bread was baked last. She responded daily.
I was ordering 4 foot longs with double meat and actually ended up walking away with zero food such a bad attitude and she had to stop sweeping and serve customer. God forbid you ask for anything at this location
I did tell her that you’re supposed to make them twice a day correct morning and evening.
When I asked her what bread they had in stock as they were pushed back and you couldn’t really see the selection she pointed towards the glass.
I did request double meat on all my sandwiches and it didn’t like double meat then I’m not finished do you want me to make her sandwich or not?
At that point, I was like you know what I don’t think is gonna work out. You have a bad attitude.
Is there something I’ve said to you since I’ve walked in?
She rolled her eyes and slammed her hands and said do you want me to make your sandwich or not?
I said I thank you so much.
You could smile and serve your customers.
I can understand why this place is always empty and no one ever comes here for their food.
Very big thing and she had quite negative energy.
This was a darker Indian lady with a nose. Don’t know if anybody else had an issue with her.
Again I will be emailing corporate office as this is highly unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this kind of service.

The subway was extremely dirty trash everywhere on the floor all on the tables and it wasn’t that busy at all it was two people in front of me one was finishing up when I walked to the door I had a call in order it took them 10 minutes to actually fix a sandwich of mine well actually two that I ordered online the girl behind the behind the counter was inexperience she didn’t know what she was doing it’s like every 30 seconds she was asking the guy what exactly to do was really frustrating but overall your sandwiches are always good they are always fresh and all of that so

Grandma got a meatball sandwich & idk WHAT that was but it was not real meat….. definitely not beef. It tasted like the meatballs you get out of canned ravioli. It tasted so bad she begged me to try and & I am leaving the review on her behalf because I gagged

I ordered this morning and watched the worker come out from the back room, where he was on his phone. He put on gloves without washing his hands and made my food. The sandwich was okay, but a few hours later I got really sick and started throwing up. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

There’s been multiple times when I walk in to this particular Subway and they always seem to comment something negative about you in their language it’s gotten so damn irritating.
I told the worker I wanted the sub toasted halfway, he said ok and went ahead and toasted it the whole way instead (35 sec instead of 17-18 sec) Why this kind of treatment, just because I asked what the price difference was between a 6 inch & a footlong? There’s nothing wrong with asking like they expect you to know already, their job is not to just make the subs but to give a pleasant experience or else they’re going to keep getting bad reviews like this one.
I gave them the benefit, but I see no change. Never coming here again.

I ordered 3 subs to be picked up via their website. Showed up after running a quick errand (so about 25 mins after the order was initially placed) expecting the subs to be ready. When I came in and gave me name and order #, they said they never received any orders. After showing them the online receipt with the store address and confirming I was indeed at the right location, it was concluded that there was something wrong with their system.
I said that’s fine and I don’t mind just placing an order in person, but I needed some help cancelling the online order. They said they didn’t know how to cancel the order. After they called the owner, the owner said he can’t do anything and would call me tomorrow (today, at this point) to follow up. Now, I can’t get in touch with the store or the owner and the online order status shows it as being picked up.
I get things happen when operating a business – it’s how they resolve these issues that I rate. This store has handled (and is continuing to handle) the issue horribly. I’ll just be resorting to disputing the charge with my bank at this point since the owner has no desire to make things right with his client.

I was here yesterday with my partner and I ordered a blt and got 3 cookies. My partner ate the cookies as they were 4 him and I ate the sandwich, hours later I got extremely sick and had to throw up everything in my stomach. This was all I ate that day so I’m very very sure it was food poisoning! My partner is fine so the cookies weren’t a issue. Proceed with caution

This location has been struggling for some time I feel like. At first it was that there was only ever one person working. If there was ever more than 2 people in the location at a single time it would take 15-20 mins to get a single sub. Not really sure if this has changed. All I can say is that I was in the location the other day around lunch time and I have some questions about their cleanliness now. When I came in the employee who was helping me got up from the table they were sitting at. They didn’t bother washing their hands (I mention cause they were using their phone) before putting the gloves on. This defeats the purpose of wearing gloves as you have to touch the outside to put them on. Which means this employee was then effectively spreading germs around to all the food they were interacting with. Then while in the middle of making my sandwich they pull their mask off, turn around and sneeze all over everything behind them not even bothering to cover their face. Look, I understand if you don’t wanna sneeze in the mask but use your elbow. You can also just cover your face, wash your hands and use new gloves. Instead the employee opted to sneeze all over what appeared to be additional prep areas and kicking it up into the air in general. I was quite disgusted by this as someone who has worked in food service previously. Even before Covid much of this would be considered to be unsanitary. All I can say is that in the future I’m going to be going to the other Subway around the corner even if it is a little further away.

Sandwich artist was very distracted and I had to repeat my order several times to him. Asked for a light amount of dressing and they drenched the entire sandwich so the dressing was literally dripping out of the sub. I love Subway but this store did not meet the experience I have had at most other Subways.

My favorite sub is a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Italian bread, chicken, bacon, American cheese. Black olives, pickles and extra ranch. So delicious! Add a drink, some chips and a warm cookie for dessert and I’m good to go for the rest of the day. It’s a clean store. Everyone is very nice, helpful and they get you through the line without rushing you. Good service and food. I would definitely recommend them if you want a something quick and easy to eat.
