Had a terrible experience there with an incredibly rude girl. I go there all the time. Well I did. When I asked if I could taste my coffee to see if it was sweet enough , which lately hasn’t, the girl told me to make it quick. She was on a timer. More than once. I told her she didn’t need to be rude she snapped that she wasn’t being rude , while actually gesturing with her hands to once again make it quick . Because she was being timed. Wth!?

literally never make reviews lol but after this I felt the need to. Okay so, I’m here visiting a relative of mine working just stopping by after my overnight shift. The person I’m coming to see is obviously busy so I wait patiently at the registers yes, I know my mistake knowing any employee could come over to try and help me, but its not busy at all and there is no line in the lobby so I tell the person who came up to me that I would be waiting for said person and I point at the person I’m waiting for to take my order. I may have worded it weirdly because again I just got off a overnight shift I am really tired so if it was how I said it weird I am sorry thats on me, but I never had a bad tone I just said “oh no thank u ill be waiting for them” ok whatever,after I say that this person proceeds to give me a nasty look and walks away. Later did I find out that was the general manager. I get maybe I was annoying but that was still weird and unacceptable especially if you are a manager. Second thing is, I had ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, get home. eat a few bites and then I feel something a little hard that I cant bite. Its paper. PAPER. in my food. Im sorry what? lol, Im not even sure if the whole time I had been eating paper but the way it was shaped on the cheese it looks like the whole entire time. Only reason I noticed it was because a tiny piece of paper was folded so it was significantly thicker than the rest of it alone. Come on, you guys were not that busy to have messed up and somehow got paper in my sandwich??? Another instance days prior they had forgotten my food and I didn’t notice til I got home which at first I said no big deal because we all make mistakes but after these other experiences ill just go ahead and add that in. Lol. Do better.

I never go to Dunkin’ Donuts but I had gotten coupons in the mail so I was like why not.
Well yesterday 11/22/25 I used the coupon for an iced coffee a specialty one which was an extra charge but I was fine with that the cashier was super helpful made it very easy.
Today 11/23/25 I went again since I had the same coupon it was a different cashier girl telling me they were not able to honor the coupon. When the girl literally yesterday was able to no problem so I asked her to ask another worker or manager cause it was perfectly fine the day before the guy she asked just kinda kept shrugging his shoulders and throwing his hands around like he was annoyed. She then opened the window and told me again they can’t do that so I just left without the coffee even thought it was clearly already made and everything. If I’m gonna spend a lot of money on a good coffee I’ll just go to Starbucks. I have a lot of coupons they sent in the mail but I’m not even gonna attempt to waste my time at Dunkin.

Ridiculous!! Had to wait for over 40 minutes for food. Obviously, this place is being mismanaged. Yes, it’s Valentine’s Day and maybe short staffed but no excuse. The app orders should be easy and top priority. I watched every new person being serviced instead of my app order that I had placed 25 minutes earlier. I had to leave and come back and still wasn’t getting any service. Finally I was given a bag of cold food. Do not go to this location. I should have been offered a refund at least for the inconvenience of having to leave and come back

I went through the drive through and bought 2 drinks 1 sandwich and a dozen doughnuts. When I asked about free donut and tote. I was told you have to buy a donut. I told the young man no it shows right here on the app if you buy a drink its a free donut and tote for each drink. He told me no I was wrong I have to buy a donut. I said okay I bought 12 and he then told me no single ones. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I will not be going to this Dunkin ever again.
Will make sure to tell family and friends how rude and ugly I was treated!

The hashbrowns were dark, greasy, hard to bite into which was a good thing cuz they had a weird taste. I literally could not eat the hashbrowns.
My Boston Cream donut was packaged poorly for a donut with chocolate icing. It was placed in a paper sleeve and placed in the bag with the hashbrowns on top. As a result, ALL the chocolate icing was stuck to the paper sleeve. Unbelievable.

All I asked for was a caramel frozen coffee and they gave me the declaration of independence. “Vanilla shot” “Cinnamon Sugar” ITS JUST CARAMEL but they added so much stuff to it.

I ordered a latte with one pump mocha and received milk. I threw it in the trash. It’s annoying craving good coffee I know Dunkin CAN provide at other locations and not receiving it even though you pay for it. Not my first encounter with this location, I keep giving them a chance bc it’s close to home (15 minute drive) but they do NOT know how to make coffee. The older man with glasses is who I assume is the manager or supervisor, his attitude is the worse. No “thank you, have a nice day, goodbye” he just gives you the food like he hates his life and closes the window. This will be my last time here. Don’t waste your money.
