My order at Empire Wingz, which I’ve had in both Baton Rouge and West Baton Rouge, was great! I ordered the Danger wings and the Spicy Garlic Parmesan. They were delicious and had the right amount of sauce, flavor, and taste.
I love that all the wings are consistent across all restaurants.
The only issue I ever have is that my fries are never really crispy and end up soggy after sitting in the box for just a few minutes. I do not like soggy or rubbery fries, so for those who like fresh fries, I suggest ordering in and eating there or if it is takeout, eat them as soon as you get your box, the chicken will still be fine.
Outside of that, all the wing flavors I’ve tasted are great, I don’t ever get mild flavors so I can’t speak on those, my taste buds run towards spicier foods and flavors.
I recommend the restaurant to family and those who are looking for an authentic wing spot that doesn’t skimp or give you wings that are just too saucy and wet, sauceless and barely flavored, or the wet fried chicken uggh.

1st time visit was greeted by I’m guessing the owners wife and another young lady, name listed on receipt. They were pretty nice, the lady recommended the flavor OG Buffalo redipped it was disgusting and had a weird taste. Waste of my damn 10$ I should’ve just stuck w/ the flavor I was going to get in the first place. It was hot as hell in there waiting on the food, not sure if the air was broke or what. Wings was a nice size.

Food was hot and fresh. Tried different flavors all were good. Clean facility and clean restroom. Drink machine wasn’t working so had to walk to the gas station for drinks.

Great customer service all around! The servers Destiny and Taylor were very helpful and suggested great wing flavors. The spicy honey bbq and garlic parmesan wings were delicious. The fries were great as well and seasoned well.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! I don’t know what it is about empire wings but the order will be incorrect. Corrected the employee about my order. The guy did go and correct the order while the female and her glasses stared me down. The order is on the ticket. All ya’ll sale is fries and wings how do you constantly mess the order up?!?!?!

I usually don’t leave reviews to begin with because I hate to bash a growing company but the experience I had was just horrible. I made a pre order to be ready for 8:20pm, at 7:00pm. Waited for my food and got a text that my order would be ready around 8:45. No big deal.
So I arrive at 8:45 to them having no clue about my order and then they end up saying it was given to someone else.
No big it happens. So I kindly ask them to remake my food and they tell me no problem, it’ll be ready in about 20 minutes.
So I drive down the road to get some other needed things and get a text saying my order is ready.
I arrive back and instead of remaking my order, they called the customer who was given mine, and got them to come back with my order….. that was given to them 45 minutes ago. Obviously I declined and asked them why would they do that instead of remaking my order? So here I am now, waiting for almost 3 hours for my food without a single apology or anything.
Worst $60 I’ve ever spent.
