Good food. Made fresh while you wait. Always huge portions of fries. Regular will feed two people easy. Double burger is pretty big. Overall good deal for the price. It was around $20 for a single, double regular fry and a drink.

I have enjoyed Five Guys since I discovered it in Charleston in 2013. The Vienna Five Guys represents the franchise very, very well.
The food is well prepared, though you should be aware that it is insanely easy to blow through an entire day’s allocation of calories in one visit depending on the order.

Convenient parking. Staff was friendly and quick. The dining area was clean and uncluttered. Restrooms were spotless. This location has a Coke Freestyle machine, so that was a nice surprise. Who knew you could find Mr. Pibb on fountain?

We choose to order by means of a phone app. When my wife arrives they know her by sight and drop the fries “to go”, and she’s in and out quickly. Never once an error, always HOT and fresh, the BEST fries cooked in peanut oil(the best) and the burgers are Wonderful, properly packed and not cooked too dry, but still juicy and tasty– EVERY TIME. NEVER any errors. I’m impressed….quality and efficiency and hot…. hard to do for any restaurant. You guys get my vote! Craig

One of my favorite burger restaurants. While Fjve Guys is technically fast food, I wouldn’t consider it that as their burgers rival most sit down restaurants. Not only are the pattys huge, the burgers are loaded with toppings ranging from tomatoes to sautéed onions. In addition, the atmosphere is great; the staff is often dancing and singing along to the music playing in the background making the place feel really upbeat.

Usually very friendly staff, prompt with orders, the staff are always smiling and singing along with the radio. It is normally very loud in the store though, only downside. Great food!
