I’m leaving this review because Chipotle does not deserve such a low rating! Their burritos and bowls are consistently fresh, customizable, and packed with flavor. The food is good but alittle on the expensive side. My son wanted two tacos and they weren’t able to figure it out so he had to get three. He ate two and threw one away. I had a burrito bowl and it was good. The people there were nice but the cashier couldnt figure out how to just single charge two tacos and didnt appear willing to ask. The resturant tables werent clean and the music is way to load and annoying. I felt for the employees as no one should be subject to that for a shift. When I asked my son if he enjoyed his meal he said it was fine but didnt wanna ever go back because of the atmosphere.

Every time we order from the app or website rather than in person, something is always missing.
This time it was zero fajita veggies when both items called for EXTRA. Not a single pepper or even onion was in either the bowl, 3 tacos, or in my friends burrito (burrito not pictured).
I’d completely understand if it’s not printed on the item paper and it was the computers fault, sure that can happen, BUT it’s clear as day on both my items and his burrito. And this is not the first time this has happened in the last few months, just the first time it’s been on multiple items in one single order; so it finally deserved a review.
For the price of the food, and clear labeling, I’d expect all the ingredients to be in the items I paid for.

Chipotle is a new family favorite. We only recently discovered them after moving to Spokane this summer. I love the variety and choices. Today I asked for chips instead of rice and I got the best nachos ever. Thanks to all the Chipotle staff for great service every time! Also, definitely try the specialty lemonades.

This store is run so poorly it’s not even funny. This is the 2nd time my order is 35 plus minutes late, out of chicken (LOL). No accountability, no apologies, no eye contact. It’s comical almost. I can’t trust Chipotle to get my order right or on time. No way will this happen a 3rd time, I’m out. Too many good options nearby, they don’t own the burrito game.

Absolutely love eating here. But went in and had the worst service at this location. Order was incorrect once I brought it to there attention nothing but dirty looks and piss poor attitudes, on top of that my son’s order was also not correct but he decided to just eat it, so not having to deal with the oh so wonderful people that work at this location.

What was a horrible first few visits, I have given this location a few more tries, and they have turned some of it around. I never order on the app or have delivered because they still mess up orders. I would always recommend going in and getting your food. The workers do pretty well, but they still run out of meats sometimes and their fajita vegetables are always low and burnt. Portions seem to favor the customer and I would say while not perfect, they are getting better.

Previous times I have personally had and seen mistaken orders and staff that clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I love Chipotle but this location is terrible. The service is slow and they are always out of something. Every time I’ve ordered through their website they have messed up the order royally. Today was no guac, no cheese, and the wrong meat on my order. I thought it was just growing pains when they first opened but it continues to be a consistent problem. The location is staffed by a bunch of teenagers doing their best with no adult or manager in sight. I hope they can improve so that the service here matches the normal Chipotle quality.
