Texas Style BBQ. Let me tell you my wife and I are very particular over our BBQ. Just so happened to stop by Troy’s and had some of their BBQ. I was going to take a picture of what I ordered but I opened my plate and tasted the BBQ and well I just didn’t get a picture of it because I just forgot once I started sampling it. So
if you havent stop by then you better, ill post a picture in a few days when I go back.

So just left out from Troy’s BBQ and just as I had last said it is very much deserving of Texas Style BBQ. I have been all over Texas and I always try BBQ over everything food joint along the highway. I have to say I have tried every BBQ here and around Pueblo and Troy’s does have the BEST BBQ and pit beans. For my wife and I to eat it was only $22. You can’t go to any fast food and eat for 2 under $25.
I promise you will not be disappointed…..

I have never reviewed anything twice. But this BBQ deserves it. I have never had a rib pull away so cleanly from the bone, that there’s absolutetly nothing left on the bone. The brisket is some of the most tender I’ve ever had this is a 5 star BBQ joint.

Incredible BBQ! I got the 3 meat plate. Brisket was cooked perfectly and the bark on it was so good. The pork ribs were tender and super tasty. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was amazing and there was a lot of it!!
And to finish off the meal, Nutter Butter Banana Pudding!! Are you serious? Such a great way to end a meal of the best BBQ in Pueblo by far!!

This place absolutely delicious. We got the three meat and two sides and everything was fantastic. You can tell that Troy really put his heart and soul into each dish. The customer service was over the top too! We will definitely be coming back over and over again.
