I spent $70 at this store on a prepaid online order, and the way I was treated was honestly shocking. You would expect at least basic courtesy—or even a simple acknowledgment of my business—but instead I was met with indifference and outright rudeness.
When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. The apples hadn’t been cut, and the chocolate strawberries hadn’t even been started. Since I was already being made to wait, I politely asked if they could cut the apples while I was there. The answer was a blunt “no,” delivered with an attitude that made it clear customer service is not a priority here.
There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right—just dismissiveness. This is not how paying customers should be treated, especially when the order was prepaid and clearly mishandled.
For a business that charges premium prices, the level of service was completely unacceptable. Trey should be embarrassed by the quality of service being provided. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to expect better elsewhere.

I stopped by this location on my way out of town. This was during the back side of the ice storm so I wasn’t quite sure if the store was opened. I called as I was pulling up because the parking lot was rather empty and the owner (or manager) answered and informed me that they were closed for the day due to the weather. When I told him I was outside he told me to go ahead and come in. Once I arrived inside to get my cheesecake apple, he remembered that his register was down and when I told him I didn’t have cash, he told me not to worry about it and it was on the house. Don’t buy there anything! Overpriced awfully! So many are old and hard! Their Dubai’s chocolate that they charge 25$ for it not even close to the original one! Taste awful! They have to stop running their business!!! And the ratings areade by review of not real people! No way it’s could have high rating! False!!!
