Love Little Ceasers. The guys who work there are friendly, quick and I don’t care what anyone says this is good food for the price! The only upset is the cost of their wings. This is the worst Little Caesars location. The owner has his prices set higher than other locations. On top of that, they skimp on the cheese. I ordered a pepperoni extra most bestest, it definitely had a standard amount of cheese and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The only good thing I can say is that the pizza was ready exceptionally fast and was actually cut well. I’d rather have a nicely cooked terribly cut pizza than a burnt pizza that’s perfectly cut.

This Rochelle Little Caesars seems to have been recently remodeled. The building is old and used to look dirty, but now it’s brighter and seemingly cleaner. I love the portal and online ordering. It’s so fast and easy! I just had an experience today in which our pizza was a little overcooked. It wasn’t terrible, but I knew my family wouldn’t enjoy it as much as they would if it were a little lighter. When I took it back, the gentleman who helped me was so kind and understanding. I hated to be “that lady” with a complaint, but they quickly remade our pizza, and it was absolutely delicious!! Thank you!!!

I come to this little ceasars usually 6 or 10 times a month. Normally there’s no issues. We went here two days ago and got a pizza for us and our 5 and 3 year old children. After we got our kids each a slice and we ate a piece we noticed a bright black eyelash in our pizza. Our kids refused to eat anymore as it was disgusting and none of us have black hair or black eyelashes. The first employee refused to make us a new pizza and said come back Wednesday when the manager would be there. We went back and only the assistant manager was there. He also refused. We do know the actual manager and plan to talk to him next time. If we don’t get a replacement for the pizza that came with the guy who was workings eyelash in it we will not be buying pizza or anything from here again.

Usually a good experience but tonight I was shorted two crazy sauces and was given the wrong drink. Ordered cheese sticks and don’t have the crazy sauce to go with them.

This pizza was burnt all around not sure what made them think this was okay to send out like that! And then last week when we ordered the food was not ready until 35 min after requested time. Not sure what has been going on lately but this pizza was not good!!

The manager Kaylee is rude. Doesn’t say anything when you walk in. Doesn’t offer a bag when I had 3 items and the puffs are burnt. This has happened a couple times. Bring the other manager to days.

This location waa horrendous!! We waited at least 20 minutes for food, everyone in the restaurant was cussing saying they hate their job, it was only them back there and saying F this F that, the cashier said what do you want when people went up to order. Customers were looking at each other in absolute shock! Then we get home to some weird burnt pieces added on top of our food and some inedible lump of dough shoved into a greasy breadstick bag! We will never, ever visit this location again! Terrible service, terrible food!! I would give no stars if I could! Just look at this food

Little Caesars in Rochelle isn’t the best-tasting pizza, but for the price, it’s better than frozen options. The recipe has clearly changed since the ’90s—while not terrible, it’s far from the flavorful pizza it once was, though still edible in a pinch.

Way too much salt on the pretzel crusts and especially too much on the stuffed pretzel crust. Very thin floppy pizza and there wasn’t much mozzarella on top of the pizza mostly the cheese sauce.
