Greeted at the window by a child with colored marker on her arms after waiting 5 minutes to order just a large fry. Second window; no greeting or explanation, except a finger point and told to “pull into that space over there.” Pulled forward, and sat for another 15 minutes to wait. You’ve been doing it for years…quick to take money, but don’t start filling orders until the drive thru is empty. Pathetic!!!!!

Does anyone remember when fast food was actually “fast food”? Sitting in the drive through lane for 10 plus minutes doesn’t equate to fast food for me.
I usually order inside, but today I stayed in my vehicle. There was only 2 vehicles ahead of me, but still over 10 minutes.

Once again I was told to pull forward and wait after placing my order. I actually had to call inside the store to let them know I was leaving because I had to get back to work. All I was told was “it should be coming up soon.” No apology. Now I have to drive back to get my refund, which I’m sure I’m not going to get. FYI, Wendy’s is right across the street and their customers were all being served without having to pull up and wait.

Waited in one of the drive thru lines for 20 mins while the cars in the other line were being taken care of even though i was waiting there first. Then when I finally pulled up to explain that nobody was waiting to help me, they didn’t even get my order right. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. Ridiculous.

Took my food over 40 minutes to get the most disgusting vile garbage cold food I’ve ever consumed in my entire life it was the void of enjoyment. Every table had trash and garbage on it. Just a complete 0 out of 10 if your reading this do not come here go to anywhere else it is the worst!!!!

Drive through screen been broke for what seems like well over year. I can never tell what I order. Takes longer to get through the drive through than it would to go inside and make the food yourself. Rude service

Expect to wait an EXTREMELY long amount of time just to get an order in. I’ve sat for 42mins because the incompetence of some of the people working there. This isn’t fast food, I could have just gone and sat down at a restaurant, ordered, ate, and left already. Also check every single item you order, 70% of the time something isn’t right or missing all together. Oh and think using the app will save you time? Nope. They either lose the order or it “never came through”. What it really is, is someone not paying attention or hitting wrong buttons. The staff is extremely undertrained to handle anything busy whatsoever. They never give you anything in compensation for your long wait or missing items, never even really apologize. Honestly one of the worst run McDonalds I think I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve traveled all up and down the USA.

After waiting almost 20 minutes for my order of quarter pounder just cheese and a kids meal I get home and bite into this…Completely RAW inside. So I called the Cadiz Store and was told by manager “I’ll have to get on them”. Not once offered to make it right or compensate I any way. Returned yesterday and showed her a picture and she gave me an attitude like I was a burger villain. Never will I allow myself or children to eat at Cadiz McDonald’s again.
