They have some potent flavoring for my taste. They didn’t care that my kid didn’t like it. They wouldn’t provide a second cup of ice to try a different flavor. They demanded a $5 payment for a second cup of ice. Cause, you know, a cup of shaved ice is so darn expensive! My opinion is that they don’t care about the customer’s experience. I think that they only care about profits.

Child spilt boiling hot chocolate all over hand and wrist. Asked the ” Kona Ice” truck for ice and they had the nerve to say we don’t have any, here’s a wet paper towel. It’s a freakin ICE CONE TRUCK!!! Many parents witnessed this and probably won’t spend another cent with them at the ball games again. Concessions rushed ice to the crying kid in a bag to stick his hand in until the parents could get him out of there for medical care. Their not there for the kids, only the profits off them!
