In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. Jets Pizza on Hard Rd is hands-down the best pizza spot around! The food is always hot, fresh, and consistent — you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The manager, Ryan, runs the place like a pro. He’s super friendly, keeps the store spotless, and makes sure every order is right. Whether it’s pickup or delivery, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for top-tier service and quality pizza every time.

Second time trying Jets and they did not disappoint. It was so good the first time I didn’t get pictures. Sweet chili wings and deep dish pizza are by far the best I’ve had in a while. If you’re considering trying them, just do it! You won’t regret it.

Nope.. no more tries.. no matter the location they are like consistently the only worst customer service, timing and overall completely overrated.. 4X 3 years 4 different locations, the thin white pizza was okay which was the only reason it got a 2 star in the food category… I just can’t keep wasting my time there.. don’t tell me 15-20 minutes and then it actually be close to an hour… There’s literally zero point in lying about times to boost sales, I would’ve just showed up 50 minutes later and waited in the comfort of my house instead of in your cramped storefront or out in my car..

My office is in Powell, and even though there’s a Jet’s Pizza close by, I always make the drive to the one on Hard Rd. The team there takes their craft seriously, and it shows in the quality of their pizza. 5 stars because I can’t give more than that.

We ordered 4 cornered Veggies pizza in the store. We hardly wait for 15 mins before getting delicious pizza in hand. Service was prompt and we got all the information we asked from friendly person at the counter. Pizza was too good! We tried first time and we will definitely try it again.

Their pizza is SO SO good (hate to cheat on the pizza of perfection…truly…Tommy’s ) but once in a while you just have to have some Jets. In years past they supported my Columbus Blue jackets hockey team. And I love that I can ” customize my crust”. I do the yummy turbo crust. I do not cheat on Tommy’s often….but honestly…..Jets has just really really consistently yummy pizza. And their ranch dressing is AMAZING. I am a just a little grumpy because a while back they raised the prices on their amazing scrumptious salads. . But anyway, their salads are extremely delicious….the stuff always tastes super fresh ..but they raised the prices. Grrrr…but either way …so good….worth the price. I wish that there no olives on the salads too. . Anyway ..the staff members are always super nice and friendly and get my order correct– and that is tough to do because I am high maintenance.

New Year’s Day was my first time ordering from Jet’s and I want to compliment them in every way. There was a miscommunication with my order that I was unaware of until it was delivered. Turned out my delivery was done by the manager who apologized for the miscommunication and then said he’d be back shortly with the remainder of my order. He didn’t need to do that but he did and it left a very positive impression with me. He really cared about his customers and their experience. Thank you so much! And, extra bonus was that the pizzas were GREAT. I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for great pizza and kind/caring staff at Jet’s Hard Road.
