My husband has been going to this bakery for over a year. He has seen the down fall of this bakery. It started great and slowing became awful. Today he was there between 12 and 1, he placed an order of steak, rice and beans. Waited 45 minutes and the order came out wrong, I asked for a refund because between the service and the quality of the food he was disgusted. It seems all of the personal out is new and have no idea of what was going on. I promise you that he will never be back.

Unfortunately, there is only one girl working the front and one cook. There is no way to order food and get it in a timely manner may it be in store, online order, or calling ahead. Extremely short staffed, the poor lady in the front was overwhelmed to say the least.

I have been going to this bakery since they opened up. They started off AMAZINGLY, unfortunately, the last three times has been a total disappointment. My husband and i kept saying, maybe it’s just a bad day, but, apparently that’s not the case.
I ordered three guava pastry and eight ham croquetas, one guava and cheese pastry and two cheese.
Let’s just say that the picture posted is the pastry that has the MOST guava in it. It’s more a dough pastry. Just a thin layer of guava. REALLY??! Unacceptable to us. (O even asked the young lady helping us to pick the ones with lots of guava )
The ham croquetas (although I asked to have fresh ones made and was told they had just been made) they were soggy, lots of breading and less ham. We had to put them in the air fryer when we got home.
The others, we just threw away. We will not be back. The quality I used to rave about with this bakery is no longer there. Disappointing to say the least.
I will say that the service is still good. Will go back to our old bakery instead.

Just a Human
Awful experience. While placing my order, I heard a woman yelling aggressively at the employees. I later realized it was the manager, Elina. She was not only screaming but also making physical threats. It was disturbing and unprofessional to the point that I felt bad for the staff, left immediately, and will not return.
I honestly hope the employees report this to OSHA or even consider civil action, because no one should be treated this way in a workplace. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for decades and have never seen such open mistreatment of employees in front of customers. It makes me think that behind Elina’s smile is hostility waiting to surface.
I rarely leave negative reviews, especially where hardworking employees are involved, but for the sake of the community I feel compelled to share this. I hope this reaches the owners, who I’ve heard are very kind people. I strongly suggest they take action, because this type of behavior could cost them more than just a customer. It also reflects poorly on the hiring and management process.

Mediocre service ,no smile ,no greeting ,you can tell they hate their job, $11 for omelet very small and thin,tossed on a foam container,no salt or flavor ,,bread was not fresh,a rip off,awful experience,first time on this bakery and will never come back ,dont know about the other locations but this one on sunset and 97 th is pretty bad,no wonder they hav so many bad reviews..

Clean place. The food was burnt and flavorless, do not buy meals from here. After complaining they agreed they do not season the chicken.burnt and rubbery, left unsatisfied.
