D’Carlo Pasta in Medicine Hat is absolutely outstanding. The food is incredible—rich, authentic flavors and unbelievably delicious from the first bite to the last. Portions are massive and more than worth it, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed night out, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about your experience. Everything from the taste to the service is top-notch. Easily one of the best dining spots in Medicine Hat—I can’t wait to come back!

My husband took me to your restaurant tonight for my birthday! 100 % totally my kind of restaurant! The service was impeccable, the food was incredible ( our compliments to the chef ). ..Absolutely loved this place! The decor is beautiful it really feels like a little escape to Italy. The menu is small but perfect, and the pasta was incredible (huge portions too!). The chef and his wife were so kind and welcoming, it felt like home. Super clean, cozy, and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

I never do reviews but this one was over the top!! BEST Caesar salad i have EVER had! Had curry sauce w Spaghetti & Shrimp. Absolutely delicious !! Then the deconstructed Tiramusu FABULOUS!! IF u want a delicious meal, owner super friendly & hospitable, MAKE a date nite here!! HIGHLY recommended!!

During a visit to Medicine Hat this past weekend, we had dinner at D’Carlo Pasta House. This place blew us away with its comfort, good service, amazing prices, and huge portions (you’re definitely taking food home). More importantly, the food was amazing. We absolutely loved it. We had an early Valentine’s dinner at D’Carlos. It was so delicious and so relaxing with music by Peter Mueller! We haven’t enjoyed dinner out this much in a long time. The chicken Parmesan and fettuccine were the best I’ve had in a restaurant. The Caesar salad, bread, and tiramisu cake were all delicious as well. The atmosphere and staff are great too! Thank you all!

This was my first, definitely not the last time I will eat here. I have eaten in restaurants in LA, New Orleans, Dallas, Phoenix, Frankfurt London, Abu Dhabi. This was probably one of the finest pastas I have had.
From the Scampi starter to the caper extra in the Alfredo sauce. What i truly enjoyed was the zucchini. It wasn’t big slabs and every bite had a small hint. The cohesiveness of the dish was world class.
The staff were extremely attentive and the chef even popped out and asked how are meal was.
I cannot stress this enough….you must try thos establishment

A little late on this review (by 2 weeks). Went for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was incredible. I’ve been craving it ever since. Service was so fast and efficient. Super friendly staff. Atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. Live music was lovely. And the food….. wow. The food was AMAZING. I can’t even describe. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend. 10/10 overall experience.

Went in for a birthday dinner. After being there for about half a hour, our waitress informed us that our table was reserved within the next 45 minutes. Basically, hurry up. Got our food. The chicken was processed cubes, not real chicken breast. Not worth a $32.00 plate. Then, the bill came. I gave our server my tab and a large bill. Upon which I was informed, they do not have a cash drawer, thus, don’t take cash. I will never go back.
