Terribly disappointing!
I wasn’t in a hurry to post this horrible review as sometimes an immediate reaction can be overreacted, but after thinking it over I can honestly say that this was probably the worst food I have ever had.
We had such high hopes for this place, beautiful atmosphere both inside and out and service was friendly and prompt but unfortunately after that it is a failure. I wouldn’t be so critical if it was only 1 or 2 things bad, but to be honest the only 2 good things were the beans and cole slaw.
Chicken was completely dried out.
Brisket was so fatty it looked like uncooked bacon.
Pulled pork was dry with lots of hard chewy pieces.
The ribs were so-so.
Baked potato was a weird color brown on the inside, it wasn’t hot enough to melt the butter.
Corn on the cob had zero appeal, tasted water logged.
The corn bread was cold like the entire meal.
The table next to us ordered a pizza that looked like an uncooked pizza from the freezer.
Dinner, 1 iced tea and 2 beers to wash the stuff down was $85
Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to the Wrangler BBQ

I been there multiple times in the past and food was good but this last time I went to this place the food was not as good it is a shame because it’s such a nice place but when you pay a lot $$ for food you want the food to be good I would go back again and give them another chance but the burgers was flavorless and dry and the fries were full of grease like they were sitting for a while … this place has plenty of parking but be prepared to wait if you go on peek times

Good place to eat but the only problem is im american from dominican decent and seemed like racism is still present in this rural area I felt very uncomfortable eating with my wife and kids while people were just staring at us like we some type of alien the waitress was a bit rude and sarcastic honestly if I ever go back would be just for pick up

Wrangler BBQ Pit “season” is my FAVORITE time of year!! Car shows every Thursday & the best BBQ’d flesh since Kundlas. And I don’t give that compliment out lightly. And Amy makes AMAZING margaritas!!! Extensive, beautifully maintained grounds with multiple levels, each containing dining &/or lounging areas with impressive natural features like wooden bridges with delightfully babbling brooks &there’s even a large stone doorway to… who knows? Lol A true community treasure :))

Great place to enjoy the outside and have a good meal. I have been here many times and always had a good experience. They have a great menu but all I can comment on is the Applewood Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs. Just can’t go there and not order them. They are great! Ribs are tender and have ample amounts of the BBQ sauce. Meal comes with corn fries or potato baked beans and slaw. Awesome stuff!!. The wait can be a little long but it is worth it! Just sit back enjoy the atmosphere on the deck have a drink and relax! Four stars only because we have not tried other foods there…….yet.

Lily, our server, was spectacular. She got our order right! And once my fiance informed her of an onion allergy, she took all the steps needed to ensure that we wouldn’t have anything with onion. She has a spectacular personality and was very pleasent. We are coming back again! Five Stars! Amazing food and staff.
