The service is consistently upbeat, my order is always made just right, and the staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s one of those places that brightens your day a little every time you visit. Highly recommend this location!

I cannot describe the amount of times this place has saved my weekend! The smoothies are all refreshing and give you a feeling of renewed energy.
If you had a long night out or just felt like you have not eaten the best recently, placebo or not, drop by tropical smoothie cafe to feel like you’re righting the ship!
Another thing about smoothie places I typically do not like is that they sometimes give you these small expensive servings. Not here! The portions are large, and I am always satisfied after one smoothie!

Sunday, July 7th, 2024 3-star Review: I’m pretty bummed because this evening I received a flatbread with old lettuce, a black bean that shouldn’t have been on there as well. And my smoothie tastes like the blender wasn’t clean that they made it in although the service was pleasant upon arrival.
I will say that I’ve noticed this location has had a slight decline when it comes to the quality of the food prep but of course just like everywhere else the prices are on the rise! We used to patronize the business far more but because of the pricing now it’s only once in a blue moon just for an experience that may be hit or miss.
Previous 5star Review:I don’t typically get around to writing reviews but even after the disastrous day I’ve had I figured I’d replenish by getting a meal from here. Although it’s only been my 3rd time in each visit the staff is pleasant and efficient. But this time I want to especially give a special thanks to Mike and the staff there this evening! Even when I had a mishap which caused me to lose my whole smoothie once I got home Mike kindly allowed me to replace my smoothie. In which I know this isn’t something he has to do. I will forever patronize this business and want nothing but the best for them!

I only downgraded the atmosphere because the music was kinda loud and it was hard to hear them talking to me. I had the perk chicken wrap and it had just enough kick without killing my mouth and I’m generally a spice wimp. The wrap was much larger than I thought it would be. Beach bum with milk chocolate to drink. Perfect lunch!

This Tropical Smoothie is good. There are some deals in their app. The smoothie and açaí bowl tasted great and fresh. WiFi is available. The service is always fast.

Ordered two drinks, bahama mama and island green. The island green was excellent – i ordered it with no sugar. Their menu doesn’t state that they’d add sugar to this specific drink, but i just happened to ask if it was sweetened!
Bahama Mama was too sweet for my own taste, but my friend liked it. She ordered it half sweetened, yet it was still sweet for her.
My recommendation is to go with no sugar at all and let the fruits naturally sweeten your drinks
I’m giving the place a 1 star because of the service. I walked in today for the very first time. My friend and I were not greeted, which is fine. (The place wasn’t busy, though).
We ordered and waited for our drinks. One of the servers brought the drinks over and left them on the table. She didn’t say anything. We got up to leave and I said “have a great day, ladies,” to the server and the other girl that helped make the drinks – they both looked at me and didn’t respond, then they continued to whisper to each other. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back again. Natalie and another girl were working the shift in the early evening on aug 17. I’m not sure if this is their personalities or if they were just having a bad day, but either way, definitely not a place I want to come to for service or vibes.

Usually my smoothies are good but today not so much. Usually they call your name and either bring it to you or hand it to you. The girl who did mine called my name and pushed it to the side. I had a kiwi quencher that was half blended up like she rushed the blending and you could tell by the smoothies. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Plus she acted like my presence was a bother.

Would reccomend not just because of the smoothies but the great staff as well. The staff is always so friendly and really good at their jobs. They make the best type of smoothies and prepare it in a fast pace. Good job all around. All in a clean environment.
