I am extremely disappointed and upset by my experience at this Subway location today. I placed an online order for a “Spicy Nacho Chicken” which is clearly listed on my receipt as having Rotisserie-Style Chicken. My name, “MOHAMMED,” was clearly printed on the order.
Despite my order explicitly calling for chicken, the sandwich I received was intentionally loaded with pepperoni and salami—both pork products that were not part of my order. As someone who does not eat pork for religious reasons, this felt like a targeted and disrespectful act rather than a simple mistake.
I have photos of the sandwich showing the pork meats and the receipt showing what was actually ordered. This is a massive failure in service and a violation of my trust. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint. Please be cautious if you have dietary or religious restrictions at this location.

There was only 1 girl working. But since the 2 people in front of us were checking out we didn’t see a problem. Our turn. I said I need 5 foot long sandwiches and the girl said I’m by myself I can’t do 5 sandwiches. I said there is no one else here. She said again I’m by myself I can’t do 5 sandwiches. Won’t go back.

I stopped in for a 6inch sub with meatsauce from the meatballs, pepperoni slices and provolone cheese. Not toasted. The meat sauce was ice cold. I know the meatballs should be served warm for health reasons. It was inedible. Sad visit. I did call and leave a message regarding the cold meatballs sauce.

I eat Subway very regularly. Today I was out of my normal area of work and stopped at this one while waiting for haircut next door. The freshest sub I have ever had at a subway. Customer service was pretty damn good too. Older guy made mine and was polite and made it pretty, I will be going a little out of my way to go to this one from now on.

This location has the rudest employees. My mom who is a disabled veteran and my son went to her lunch for they didn’t even acknowledge them. Which this isn’t the first time they elect not to acknowledge paying customers. Fixing sandwiches sloppy and slamming sandwiches down. I’m assuming this guy maybe the owner or a manager. Idk. The young lady Natalie who came from the back was the only decent employee with some customer service skills. I’m not sure why they’re open or in the service industry if there’s an Aussie providing good service to customers. This is my last time patronizing this business. I guess we should’ve listened when we had friends tell us not to go. We’ll listen now. I do not recommend.
