The woman who I believe is the owner, is a complete b****. She has hung up on me for no reason before. Has talked over me multiple times without barely letting me get a word in when trying to order. And the final straw was today when I called at 9:30pm on a Wednesday to place a small order (mind you, they do NOT close until 10:30pm per the signage posted on their business and the menus they mail you) the woman picked up the phone, quickly said “we’re closed goodbye” then hung up on me before I could utter a single word. Who the hell does this disrespectful ignorant lady think she is?! Take your business and MONEY elsewhere, this business doesn’t give a damn about its customers and treats them like crap. I can’t wait til karma comes around and kicks this lady’s ass, she has it coming!

Used to be my favorite place… but then they started substituting “bottled water” for their coupons. They also do not answer their phone when they are open. I have never really experienced “rudeness” however, I don’t support false advertising. I’m so upset they stopped honoring coupons.

They offer coupons for free add ons with specific purchase amounts. I love cheese wontons, and typically chose them as my freebie item. If I hadn’t ordered enough for a free side, I’d simply order them along with my meal instead. Staple item for our orders….typically once or twice a month.
One evening, we didn’t receive our wontons, but a bottled water. I called to inform the owner, and she got rather argumentative about it. She said I hadn’t ordered the wontons, and when I told her we’d selected them as our free side, she said that it was too late….her driver couldn’t come back out. “Next time” she told me. LOL
There hasn’t been a next time since, and that was three years ago. Lots of other really good Chinese joints nearby (with much better wait time and less attitude).

Extremely rude people. Waited an hour for my delivery. Called to check on it and was told I was too far they weren’t coming even though I told them where I was located in the first place. She then went on to scream at me and told me she called me to tell me that. Great way to run a business.
