Our server did an excellent job of introducing us to this restaurant and gave us some splendid recommendations. The Italian Stallion Hoagie is crazy. A salad poured over an Italian hoagie. What a fun meal, something unexpected, even though it was described that way. The Italiam sausage was very delicious and of a larger than usual diameter. The fries were crazy good. Crispy on the outside and tender in the center. I had never heard of this ketchup brand, but it was good. All in all awesome, give this place a try!

We went tonight for our second visit I got the Italian Stallion the wife got the Meatball Sub.. Again we were completely impressed.. starting w the bread and oil..what and intro..and the staff..well if you’re from the area there was another Italian place that closed but had excellent service and Gusto Dolce picked up a few of the best servers from there. I say this because it’s like going to a new place and seeing an old friend. The service is top notch from the Svc manager to the expediters. We have found a great Go-To place now when looking for that Mom and Pop style Italian eatery. BRAVO Gusto Dolce Italian Bistro..

We seen this as a recommended place to eat so we drove 30 min away to check it out. If I could give negative stars, I would. The service was absolutely horrible.

I ordered a margarita and it tasted like water. When we brought it to our server’s attention, she told us it was her first time making margaritas and said she’d “catch us next time.” That wasn’t exactly reassuring.

We waited 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, mine was only mildly warm and my boyfriend’s was cold. We asked to speak to a manager, and her response was basically, “Oh well, we’ll warm it up,” and she offered a free cannoli. It would have been better had the manager actually cared enough to make sure we were now pleased.

The manager never came back to check on us after that.

The only bright spot of the entire experience was the greeter, who kindly made sure to seat us at a lower table since my boyfriend uses a cane. That level of awareness and consideration was appreciated. Other than that she stood at the front texting on her phone.

As for the food, the only thing mildly decent was the spaghetti noodles — and that’s only because I prefer mine on the drier side.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. Very disappointing experience.

We ordered delivery for our first time here and the food did not disappoint! Large servings of delicious food. We had chicken parm, lasagna, meatballs and the Italian Stallion which my husband loved! We’ll definitely eat here again!

We visited for lunch and shared the zucchini planks and chicken parm sandwich. The chicken sandwich was amazing and the proce was fair for the size of the meal. The bread was delicious and the chicken was perfectly cooked. The pasta salad was the perfect side dish for this meal. They had just recently opened when we went and the server needed a little more training but the owner was So sweet and came out to make sure our experience was good. We will definitely be back.

Took forever to get food. It was mediocre. Mozz balls are your signature dish and were just ok. Meatballs came out overcooked yet werent very warm, tells me theyre sitting in a steam pan then sat on the counter too long (ive worked in the restaurant business) Very disorganized. Asked for dessert to go and our check. 20 mins later had to ask someone to find our server. Had to cancel dessert because the canoli never came out of the kitchen so we just paid and left. I don’t think we will be back.

Stopped here on a whim during a Tuesday afternoon. Was after lunch rush, so it was quiet. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was very good and portions large enough that boxes were needed. The owner stopped by to check on our experience as well. The tortellini and chicken parm sandwich were fantastic, but what i want to gush about are the baked meatballs!! Some of the best i ever had!! So good…already thinking about the next time I have them. Pizza looked great coming out of the kitchen too.

Enjoyed lunch yesterday. Rachel was very friendly. She recommended the meatballs and they were amazing!!!! We found the staffs shirts so funny / you should sell them. We will be back. The food was great. Rachel was So sweet. I am obsessed with caution signs and your banana shaped one cracked me up.

A solid add to the Strongsville dining scene. We had the Chicken Marsala and the meatball sub. For desserts, a fresh cannoli.

This may be my new favorite Italian Restaurant! I had the seafood lasagna special, huge portion (picture is the leftover), and very decadent. My husband had the Veal Parmisian, also very good! Becky the bartender was friendly and attentive! I saw the desserts other diners ordered, they look fantastic, we were to stuffed to partake, next time! Owner and his brother are the chefs, also friendly and talented. Much success to them!
