When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

I give this place a solid 5. Customer service was absolutely great. I was in line and each customer was being addressed as smoothly as possible. When my turn came up, I was greeted with a smile and my sandwich was briskly made. The manager handled everything with ease and great care. The sandwich tasted excellent. And they have one of those new automated soda machines which is a great plus. Employess seemed like they were attentive and enjoyed the work. My experience was so good I even came back a second time just to absorb the atmosphere of the shop. All I bought was a drink and a brownie but it was well worth the visit. I am definitely planning on going back, forget Subway.

I am very unhappy with the service and product I received today.
I asked for a simple request for my sub, and instead I was given a look by the woman making my sub as if I was wasting her time.
Once I received my sub I left. I should have looked at the sandwich before leaving the store . LOOK AT YOUR SANDWICH BEFORE LEAVING. So that they can fix any mistakes before you leave.
I’m leaving this nasty review along with complaining to management in the morning. If you can avoid this Togo’s location please do so. You will save yourself money and time.
