The bun noodles are so so good and so are the banh mi sandwiches. Everything was great. We’ll be coming back a lot! Stephen L.Rye, NY.

I have been to Saigon Table twice. Once with the whole family. We all enjoyed it and they are very safe for people with Celiac.

That night I met the owner Lynn N Lee. She talked about wanting to bring high quality Vietnamese food to this side of Westchester. Everything is made from scratch, including a beef broth slowly made from Pat Lafrieda bones. Her sauces are unique and delicious. My husband loved his Pho. The kids had delicious chicken and beef skewers and some rice noodles. She uses GF soy sauce and a great GF fish sauce as well.

I returned last night with a friend whose husband is a chef and she also loved it. I recommended the chicken soup because I had once picked it up for my mom and was blown away by the layered depth of flavor of the broth.

The place is simple and casual, yet thoughtfully designed. The service is warm and friendly, but be patient as they tend to receive a lot of take out orders and everyone knows that this is sometimes hard to balance.

I could eat the beef skewers every day. They are cooked perfectly medium rare and the marinade is insane.

I consider myself a snob when it comes to Vietnamese food. I’ve experienced it in Paris, Manhattan, and Vietnam. Saigon Table serves truly authentic food, using high quality ingredients. I tried the tamarind pork ribs which were pull-off-the-bone delicious. Not too sweet and perfectly marinated and grilled fresh (they don’t reheat or microwave here). The chicken skewers were amazing on white rice. And the Vietnamese beef stew was tender in a home made broth made from real bones for several hours. Be sure to ask for their home made spicy sauce for a little kick.

Lynn, the owner, is a delight who remembers the names of her regulars. Although I don’t live in the neighborhood, this restaurant very well may become a destination restaurant for me.

Excellent service, friendly face and was seated immediately. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and brought them in a timely manner. When ordering we needed more time and were unfamiliar with the cuisine, waitress gave excellent advice and suggestions. I got the pho bo which was incredible, flavorful, and not too heavy at all, great portion for price. My friend got the ribs which were so soft they fell off the bone. We got a complimentary cow spine that was so soft, had strong beefy flavor and fell right off the bone. Overall amazing experience, food is reasonably priced, portions are great, and quality of food is simply unbeatable.

Had my hopes up on reading positive reviews – must be from ppl who haven’t ever been to authentic Vietnamese restaurants? Not only is this sticker shock for pho (the portion is smaller than than what other places offer as a “small” size) and in order to get the classic eye round meat you have to pay an extra fee. And you have to wait 40 minutes for it. I have never, ever, not even on the busiest day at any Vietnamese restaurant in multiple cities, waited that long for pho… and where is the side plate w limes / sprouts / Thai basil etc? They just toss in the bowl before it reaches the table so u can’t adjust to your liking. Maybe that’s why it took 40 minutes.

The shrimp skewers were insanely salty – and I LOVE salt, but seriously all you can taste is salt. The pork chop was tasty but red in the middle (undercooked).

I really wanted to love this place, am sorry to have to leave this review. Probably great for people who had no expectations of authentic Vietnamese food.

Food was so good and fresh (we got the steak skewers, chicken banh mi, and summer roll). Service was fast and our host was very kind. We’ll be coming back, thank you! 🙂

We absolutely love Saigon Table. We visit almost every week, if not twice a week. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and you are getting excellent value. I love the pork chop, Banh Mi, and new favorite chicken bao. My wife loves the Pho and ox tail. The Margaritas are great, and the service is wonderful with kind genuine smiles. Lynn the owner stays on top of things to make sure everything is just right. Definitely a neighborhood gem in Rye.

Great experience at Saigon Table.

Food 5/5
The Pho had great spices and a good amount of fat in the broth. The meat in the Pho was awesome! A nice fatty beef.

The Banh Mi had a delicious mayo with a savory steak. Definitely recommend getting the steak version.

Service 5/5
This is the main reason the store earned this rating. Diego did a great job serving us. He knew every ingredient and where they procured it like the back of his hand. For such a young employee, Diego seems to understand service and hospitality quite well. He is more than capable of putting together a curated experience to meet individual taste. This guy is going places.

Overall great experience, highly recommend to both those new to Pho and the connoisseurs.

The best, I mean their beef pho is the best. You will not find a better broth between New Haven & Manhattan, and it won’t cost you as much! Tastes better than all the other Vietnamese places I’ve tried, even the Zagat rated one… And the people running it, are lovely people and very welcoming! This is definitely my new weekly joint for my Pho fix!

This place was amazing. Our server Maks was spectacular. He made sure to make us feel very welcome, was helpful with helping choose what to eat, and was all around very respectful and Saigon Table is lucky to have a server like him. The food was also amazing, I personally ate the ramen and it was out of this world. The atmosphere was just quiet however, maybe turning up the TV a little would add to the ambiance.
