We came after dinner to try their ice cream after not having cold stone after 2 or more years. I did not know that their waffle cones only took two flavors and you choose the size of the ice cream balls depending on the like, love or have it sizes. I recommend a lot of lovin’ and no oven or something it was really good and the workers are nice.

Horrendously long wait times! The workers move at a horribly slow space, not to mention this place is severely understaffed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re purposely keeping it this way so as to “save money,” which, to me, seems like a bad move.
I had to be standing in line on my feet for about 45 minutes from where the entrance was all the way to the ordering point, something I never had to do before. Not only did this result in mild-moderate fatigue to my feet, but it also made me late to an event!
If you DO NOT have at least an hour to spare, please do yourself a favor and find another location.

This location often has long lines and seems understaffed, but the workers are patient and seem to be doing the best they can.
I got the coffee lover signature creation and it was some of the best ice cream I’ve had. My other guests all got the minion special, which looked great, but the kids didn’t seem impressed. I’m posting photos, but they were taken after we were already eating, and they don’t look as good as they do as soon as they are served. These are all the “Love it” size.
You can eat your ice cream on the nice patio of the shopping plaza outside.

There’s lots of parking but there is also a lot of people for the food court area. There was also quite a line, and it was not even a hot day. However the wait was worth it! I had the cheesecake fantasy icecream. My son had the chocolate icecream.

Great rich and creamy ice cream. I love the coffee ice cream the most, but chocolate and vanilla are very good. They have an apple pie I want to try soon.
I just recently got a coffee and vanilla sundae in a medium sized container with some sprinkles and hot fudge. It was outstanding.

Owner is scamming customers.
Me and my girlfriend bought a couple ice cream tacos. They were small and tasted like freezer burn.
We went to a different location and the tacos were twice the size, had way more chocolate, and tasted great. Oh and for only a dollar more than this location.
The owner should be ashamed of themselves. They’re clearly trying to cheap out and save money at the customers expense.
Never go to this location.

Went here with my little sister the other day and ordered a sweet cream milkshake and she got some random combo of ice cream mixed with candies. When I had came in it was busy probably because it was around 7pm. There was a guy working and a girl with colored hair. They were working HARD. I could tell they were tired but they kept going and got customers through quickly and with care. They deserve a bonus or something because they were putting in WORK. I hate to feel like their hard work was going unrecognized. I ended up tipping like $6 because they deserved it. Great customer service! If you see this coldstones GIVE THEM A BONUS.
