I had the most amazing brunch experience. Definitely a place to come back. Menu offers excellent options. Prices are absolutely in perfect range. Portions are over your average restaurant. Staff is very accommodating with your food options. Roberto is already your perfect host. David has crafted some menu items that makes your palate to say ah… a savory one. Both are owners of this venue in Redmond. A must.

Roberto helped us. He was kind and attentive. Not only did he take good care of us, I saw him being friendly to the other patrons.
The fruit that I got was actually juicy, sweet and delicious.
very impressive, though I found too expansive menu, I was able to make healthy choices for my blood sugar and still enjoy the meal due to the freshness and tasty ingredients.
coffee was good too.

We had a very memorable service experience at this restaurant. While every other guest was seated at comfortable tables inside, my husband and I were shown to a small corner table along the walkway to the restroom. Quite the exclusive location!
I initially wondered if it was just bad luck, but throughout our entire breakfast, not a single other party was seated anywhere near us.
Thank you for the truly distinctive hospitality.

Don’t be puzzled by the Italian name and Mexican decor. Under new management, we finally have an excellent breakfast/lunch place on Redmond Ridge, serving large portions of fresh American breakfast favorites. The new, extensive menu took us a while to decide, but we finally both opted for the NW Salmon Eggs Benedict for $20, with O’Brien potatoes. Plenty of salmon, the eggs were perfect. Most expensive thing on the menu! Coffee was delicious. They do 3 and 4-egg omelettes, Swedish pancakes, waffles…even Devonshire Cream. Also offer a senior/kids menu. Prompt, friendly service. Will definitely go back.

Loving the new rebranding that they have done. It used to be so hard to find them opened earlier.
The new Luigis has great service, immaculate vibes and really kind staff. The food was always nice so that remains great.

This is a great discovery for breakfast in Redmond Ridge! ☕️
My family and I always have to venture out a good 15-20 min drive to get breakfast on the weekend, so it’s amazing to find a spot close to home finally.
Great fresh squeezed orange juice, amazing omelettes (ordered the Acapulco Scamble with some fresh habanero salsa), great tasting coffee, and wonderful service.
10/10

Had a great breakfast at Luigi’s this weekend. They recently changed to a breakfast/lunch spot.
Very large menu with lots of great options. We had an omelette with hash browns and avocado toast with bacon. Large portions and good prices. Everything was fantastic, and service was quick and very friendly.
We are excited to try their lunch. Burgers, fish and chips, etc.
Exactly the kind of spot we were looking for in Redmond. Highly recommend!

***freshly squeezed orange juice!!!***. We went to Luigi’s this morning for breakfast and all 6 in our party left happy and full. They have a new orange juice machine that freshly squeezed oranges in the sweetest of nectars…I’m so excited about that! Bacon is nice and thick, pancakes are moist (Swedish pancakes are their specialty but they have also improved their recipe for regular pancakes), hash browns, eggs, 6 different kinds of poached eggs, scrambles, breakfast burritos…they have a very extensive menu. Will definitely be going back!

American restaurant with Mexican theme, got a burger for 16 dollars that could feed two of me. Was delicious and it’s evident that if you go there you’ll leave satisfied. Good breakfast and lunch. The reopening menu has pretty decent choices, gonna go there for a quick bite over McDonald’s next door because for 16 bucks you get a burger the size of your head.
