The most low down, calm, comfortable environment. It has the “old timey” value that hits hard for older generations however my husband and i being raised more so by the older gen….its so perfect. Food is amazing. Never found southern cheddar broccoli soup actually worth it in the north. Regular spot for us now. The workers treat you like family….HIGHLY recommended!!

The food was AMAZING! The eggs were so fluffy and wonderful. I ordered my potatoes extra extra crispy and they were still soft and delicious on the inside. The outside had the a nice crisp but didnt taste burnt at all. The fruit was juicy and the perfect amount of ripe. The prices are extremely low for the quality of food you receive. The veggies on the inside of my omelet were cut perfectly uniform and some how were not mushy. Ive never had a plate of food that everything was perfectly cooked. The textures and flavors were perfectly blended and balanced. The picture do not do the food justice because i took them after i had started devouring the remarkable deliciousness. Also our server Brenda was the nicest sweetest funniest lady ive ever had the pleasure of talking to.

Excellent restaurant. The food was PHENOMENAL. What made our first visit was the AMAZING service. Staff was so incredibly kind. One of the workers gave my daughter a pack of delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies. The portions were big. I ordered sourdough toast with my breakfast and it was I ordered a loaf of it before leaving. They will slice it for you before you leave too. We will definitely be returning.

I have Celiac. I can’t usually go out to eat anywhere since 2023. To have a place to go and not have to worry about cross contamination is a huge deal for me. I ate here today. The food was delicious. Toast was very good. “Dip in”eggs were the best I’ve had in a restaurant. The owner has a family member who is strict gluten free. So they know what they are doing here. Very professional. Great service. Very Friendly. The place is hopping today on Saturday at 10:30am. Try this place out. It’s wonderful. Now I have a place I trust and will keep coming back.

Dec. 2025: Fantastic food, friendly service. Ordering is done at the counter and you get your own drinks, but they do serve your food to your table. Everything we tried had hearty servings and great flavor.

This is a neat little place that we found And we’re delighted with for the most part. It’s different because when you walk in, you’re kind of surprised that you order right there and pay and then you sit down and they bring it to you. It’s a very relaxed, Homie feeling.
Service was good but they needed more people. It was just one older woman doing everything. I actually felt sorry for her. She was great. They just needed more of her. I had a few things that I wanted, but I didn’t ask because she was so busy.
The reason I gave it a four instead of a five is because like I said they needed more people available and also the water and the decaf coffee were atrocious! I couldn’t believe how bad the water was. I could not even drink it and it left a terrible taste in my mouth. The coffee didn’t help. It was so bad. I kept adding sugar and cream to make it better, but nothing really did.
But the good news is I would go back again because the food and the prices were great! The bread is amazing. It’s definitely homemade dense and delicious hearty. I got rye, but I also tried my Husband sourdough. I got eggs and bacon and home fries And a pancake that me and my husband shared.. I didn’t like the bacons quality . My husband loved the ham. The pancake was not good at all. It almost seemed like it had been frozen. But the home fries were amazing delicious Perfectly seasoned!. The eggs were perfect Over easy, my husband got scrambled.. So the prices, cozy feel, good service , bread, home fries and the eggs are enough to bring me back again.
Oh, before I forget the most important part the bathroom was so cute clean and even smelled good! And I love love love that they had great hot water so much so that they had to put a sign up warning people! You did not find that today In restaurants! I think you can tell a lot about a place by its bathroom. See photos.

The food was great but I want to rave about the drip coffee. It was delicious and it didn’t taste burnt like how much of the coffee is now days. The service was nice and I would define back again for a great breakfast!

The food was ok. They hyped up the fresh baked goods but they were very underwhelming to me. I did appreciate the substitution they let me make to one of the menu items. Over all they were flexible and fairly prompt with the food.
The atmosphere is nothing special. Could be described as bland. Very quiet so if you want to do some talking there is plenty of room for that. Just don’t talk too loud everyone will hear you.
