One of the few (only?) places in McKinleyville that offers a large assortment of baked goods and pastries alongside excellent coffee. There are usually a few savory sandwiches offered as well.
We were particularly impressed by the fact that the iced coffee includes coffee ice cubes, yay!
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Because of the open plan layout within a small space, the location is fine for a quick bite and chat, but not particularly atmospheric for a longer hangout.

First time here and it’s amazing! They have everything from cookies to pastries to cakes to sandwiches! Check out the photos with prices!
Coffees great, majority of the staff are friendly and helpful and ordering was smooth! Definitely going back next time we’re here! Salami sandwich with Pesto spread was super good! They even use iced coffee cubes so your coffee doesn’t get watered down! Very smart idea!

The staff were extremely friendly. Bakery items looked delicious. I had a hard time picking which items to get. I picked the cream puffs since that’s a Wisconsin State Fair favorite. Cream puff, cupcake and eclaire tasted amaIng. Everyone should go there!!

Great molasses cookie and amazing dark chocolate and raspberry tart. I also enjoyed a croissant. It was buttery and flaky and everything amazing that a croissant should be after 15 seconds in the microwave. My wife’s mixed berry scone was bland but she very much enjoyed her brownie with walnuts and bear claw which I think was chocolate filled.

I paid $81 for a custom made cake and accompanying cupcakes and both were not even edible. The lemon cake had very little lemon flavor and was watered down by the cream cheese filling. The chocolate cake mix for the cupcakes was very dry. I don’t recommend this bakery for custom orders.

If it would not be for the consistency of the baked goods, particular the cardamom and tumeric bun, I would never come back here and rarely do,so, but once in a blue moon find.myself with this option. I have been visiting here for approximately 9 years, at times very long visits, at times, many shorter ones. At no point in time have the two women greeted me with a smile or any kind.of friendliness. I understand some days are rough, but over 9 years, they stood out with hostile behavior towards me when I great them with a smile and a Good Morning every time. What is going on with these two? It is hard to believe two people working together would be as miserable as they behave all the time. I hope they will eventually dig themselves out of their own misery and understand it is not worth their time to be miserable and hostile. Life is short, try to see the positives..

Great coffee. Had one or two experiences with really sweet baristas. Then I had some girls make it really obvious they were judging my drink. I will take my tip back next time. I’ve made coffee longer than any of you. Being a barista snob is a sure fire way to male sure you lose customers. Try being respectful the next time I come in! It goes far. You know who you are. 🙂

Had the special, Iron Man along with the German Chocolate Tart and Cranberry Chocolate cookie. Everything was delicious, atmosphere was warm and inviting! We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather. Friendly staff too!
