Idk why Starbucks plays like their coffee isn’t expensive. If I pull through to get a grande one more time and my cup is only 2/3 full, I’m gonna lose my mind. This is absolutely ridiculous. Like i know you saw that you didn’t fill it up all the way and I know you felt how light it was. No ma’am. I didn’t pay $5 for 2/3 a cup of coffee. I paid for a full cup.

Just went to this Starbucks inside of Target. First time at this location. I ordered a coffee that I typically get, and the person who made it somehow made it the best that I have ever had at any Starbucks. Must have added extra love or care. I believe their name was Jen. Friendly staff, but extremely slow and can’t switch between taking an order and making a coffee for literally only two customers. Still managed to make a simple coffee wrong. Seems to be the standard for any Starbucks around Richmond now, but this store also charges significantly more than a regular Starbucks, my regular order was almost double what a normal store costs.

This is a new location, so I’m sure it’s just growing pains and things will improve…but I’ve ordered my regular drink from here MANY times. And it’s been ok a few times but most times tasted nothing like what I ordered. This last time it was perfect, so again, hopefully I can come back and add a star or 2 soon of the improvement is consistent.

As the only Starbucks in the area it would benefit the chain to keep them better stocked and their equipment running. Some employees could use better costumer relations skills. Overall though most of the employees who have been there a while are amazing and very sweet.

I don’t know what location this is but all Starbucks are about the same good service good coffee good beverages. Not the best deals but you get pretty good quality products. If you work with anybody that drinks Starbucks you know who they are for me it’s a splurge.

Started off with excellent customer service and quality drinks, however now they seem to be more engaged with speed and not the quality of the product. It’s extremely disappointing. They really need to revamp branding here and focus on the giving the customer the full satisfaction experience.

I understand it’s new, but by now things should be in order. The line is long, extremely slow even when it’s not busy. It’s also the ONLY location that overprices my simple iced coffee and it doesn’t even get prepared right. I’ll stick to my girls at Publix until it calms down…
