He has owned a couple restaurants from fine dining to Italian in NY, but now makes his new home in the South and brings the flavors & trends from back East to Atlanta! I ordered catering this Friday and the food was amazing. Everything was so fresh and I did not feel heavy after eating it. The salad was crisp, and there was a homemade vinaigrette that came with it. The chicken Parmesan was HUGE, he used chicken breast to make it. The chicken breast was moist and flavorful. He said he uses unbleached flour and not preservatives! All fresh and whole ingredients is what he is passionate about. Also my son loved the pizza which made me so happy because I have a picky toddler! Can’t wait to eat their food again!

This was hands down one of the best pies I have ever tried, and the fried dough was up top. The service was promt, and the food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone and will forever be a patron of this establishment. The aroma was intoxicating, the cheese was heaven, and the meat was well cooked and proportioned perfectly. The home made crust was flaky and inviting… A pie you’d dream about, and awake to find. Ohh let’s not forget it taste even better reheated.

We have been wanting to try Gaetano’s Kitchen for awhile now and finally had the opportunity. G’s didn’t disappoint at all. We went with the lasagna, penne catatonic, spaghetti, crab cakes, The Big Paul, shrimp, chicken, and desert. The wife said “Top Notch Cuisine”! I can’t argue. If you want great and authentic Italian food to go or delivered to your door, then Gaetano’s is a great choice.
