Absolutely disgusting! The last two times I have come here The food is ice cold, rock hard and in no way edible. This morning the sandwich I got literally looks like they dunked it in grease after cooking it. The entire bag was soaking wet dripping grease by the time I got home. It smells absolutely disgusting like the cheese is bad. Called to ask for it to be replaced and the manager was extremely rude and said “that’s just how our food is. Eat it or don’t.”

Went through today and spent around $20 on drinks and my son’s kids meal. Lady taking my order sounded very annoyed to be taking my order. Once I got to the window, she was very quick to rush everything out to me. I had to ask for a drink carrier as I was getting handed 5 drinks (should’ve been 6). I paid almost $6 for a medium milkshake that I did not receive. Once I realized that the milkshake was forgotten, I turned around to go back through the line. There was a line of more than ten cars. I decided to wait a few minutes and then it turned into over ten minutes of the line not moving so I just decided to take the loss and leave. Overall, I am not upset about not getting the drink but rather the poor customer service that was given causing me to not get the drink.

After waiting in drive up line for 40 minutes, we heard if you pulled up to a remote order it was a 30 minute wait for food. We finally heard at the drive up it was a 50 minute wait. I understand short handed but if we had pulled up to where they had to bring our food out, we would have been gone 10 minutes before and we couldn’t even order as we were 1 away from the front line. To sum it up 80 minutes in drive up and 30 at the remote order. Where is management??

My first impression of this restaurant was an employee who clearly didn’t want to be there telling me that they had no sides. It looks nicer than the Mattoon store (so does your average dumpster) but the quality is equally poor.
Edit: I will absolutely not provide feedback to Sonic’s customer support email as I do not care about the success or failure of the franchise. I’m only here to warn others about wasting their time.
Also, if your company needs customer feedback to remind you to properly stock food at a place that exclusively sells food, you have no business existing.

You always have to wait 20 minutes minimum for your order. Employees are most of the time nice but there’s no hurry at all in their work.

It was the worse food ever forgot my chicken strips then got them and they was burnt got cheese fries 2 orders couldn’t eat then cause they was like a brick my bacon burger had onions when I said no onions and they could of held the hair will never go back worst 25 bucks I ever spent mom couldn’t even either chicken or fries order online for pick up

Every time I come here it’s 15+ minutes and my order has never been right. They also did not hand me my receipt. I ordered cheddar bites and they gave me tater tots that were hardly even warm and hard to chew and seemed stale as if they sat aside for a while.

Was told I couldn’t pay cash unless I had exact change. When I have the girl over $3 in literal change she gave me the dirtiest look. I HAD to give change to get to exact change.

i love this place so much. it does not deserve the bad reviews. people just love to only talk about negative experiences which is probably why we only see bad reviews. i ordered two double smashers and the service was quick and amazing. Ari and Olly made my night. would recommend!
