This review is specifically for this last visit at the hwy 24 location (in food lion parking lot). They actually had a nice girl worker today (had tattoos) & I enjoyed it . The food was actually made correctly (like I asked lol) & I didn’t feel like I was aggravating her but just being in the place. The owner guy is nice but he wasn’t there this time. Now the last 2 times I went there was another girl that was completely RUDE & I almost didn’t even go back but decided to try once more in case she wasn’t there & I’m glad I did. I don’t know any of their names but I’m going to find out if I ever go there again. I only went because my mother lives near there & LOVES subway lol. If not for that I would never visit this particular location. The food was really good this trip. The bread was soggy & I actually got enough meat on this one. I knew the other girl wasn’t giving me a full portion of meat because the tattoo girl told me what is supposed to be on a sandwich (6in) & the other girl previously had given me half that amount. It didn’t even cover the bread! I didn’t realize it until I got home though because they have that metal lid that prevents you from seeing what they’re doing! I REALLY don’t like that thing!!! I tried to give a FAIR review based on this experience & not let past ones influence it. Hope this helps. I know it was long lol. Thanks:)

The two girls that were training are very rude and unprofessional. The girls continued Making horrible looks at their boss making fun of him in front of customers like us. They were making rude looks at my friends while making their sandwich I will not be back.

We placed an online order of 3 footlong subs, and it was $31. Never again. The meatball sub was dry, only 3 meatballs per side. I paid EXTRA for extra cheese, and I am questioning if I even got cheese to begin with. Food was nasty, workers were rude.

We haven’t been to this location in quite a while. NOW I remember why after last night. The guy I assume is the owner will absolutely not accept certain coupons, he kept saying he wouldn’t bc he doesn’t make money like that.
He asked me if I had others and he’d tell me what he’d accept.
Then he told me he’d do a foot long for 6.99 so I ordered 2 (I was trying to use the buy a foot long get a 6 inch free coupon)
He then tells me he l won’t do 2 for that price. So I start to just walk out at this point and he goes…. No wait… I’ll do it.
Then he proceeded to pull out these NASTY looking all torn up gloves from under the counter. I asked him to get new ones bc it really didn’t sit right with me. He turns to boxes of gloves on the counter, “Yes I have new ones, see all the new ones I have.” Then says these only look bad bc they’re the ones I do sauce with… That’s why they look bad… That’s all I do with them. Okay dude.
THEN we barely got any meat at all on the sandwiches. I didn’t think to take pic. But it was almost non existant.
Back forever ago when I stopped going there they were doing the free cookie days and he also had refused to do that saying
He didn’t make money like that.
Please save your money and go somewhere else.
And PLEASE don’t order online bc you’ll never know how nasty those gloves are that made your sad order.

Went in at 9:20pm. Website says closed at 10 pm. Sign on door says closed at 10pm. Door was unlocked, lights on. Person behind the counter tells me they’re closed, even though they are obviously open. Ok, sure.

Came in 15 minutes before closing this evening. The man working was so sweet and funny, he made the sub perfectly, and we were in and out super fast. 100% the best Subway experience I’ve had in years.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. I place an online order and was charged but they couldn’t find my order in the system was told there was nothing they could do. Currently have a message in to corporate and my bank to fight the charge.
