Me and my wife showed up to Chipotle. On January 13th 2026, at approximately 4:30 PM. There was no line for customers just 1 kid who order a quesodilla . We approach the counter to order an several workers. We’re in the back came out. never once asked us. Were we ready to order? Nor did they stay to assist us or even acknowledge us by saying we will be right with you to prepared your meal or anything. We stood there for about 10 minutes and ultimately ended up leaving without ordering anything after seeing the blatant lack of customer service, 1 girl was checking the foods temperature 1 guy on the grill and 1 guy was on cashier and tasked with making the food the other 2 male workers and female where in the far back of the restaurant laughing and talking the female Employee even came out to speak to some lady who was there asking her if she recieved a gift that she got for her and after went to the back to continue laughing and talking with the other to male employees

Went with a friend to church in Passdena. And decided on lunch as soon as I found out he had never been to Chipotle ever.. not once. So I insisted (as everyone should do in this situation) on Chipotle… and it was what I have to come expect even though I’d never been to this location ots one of the few giant chains that I actually trust in them having consistent service and quality no what location.

On these day visist was great, can’t complain. I will complain on the day of the dodgers day. I went and made the line like everyone else, I went ahead and ask how many we were able to get and on the app and email and social media was saying 5 the most, it never said that the person had to be present. So I had to just get one and make such big line for nothing. Please be considered to the people that have disabilities that can’t come and make such line and when we do go for them and get denied is really sad.

I usually purchase from this restaurant but today I couldn’t believe the litlle amount of food that I get in my bowl its all ready a pricey but at least do a decent amount of food. I think is the last time I wiil go there

Awful service. No accountability. Feels like this location has no idea what Chipotle service means. I’ve never had such bad service at a location time and time again. Inconsistent food quality like over cooked and burnt chicken. Soggy bowls. I’m so frustrated with this place. My order was promised at 7:30pm. I’m told it’s delayed which is fine, when I do get my order 15 minutes later it’s cold, and looks like it’s been sitting for a while. No idea what is going on.

To be transparent, the reviews could scare one away. However, I am glad that I still chose to try it out. When I walked in, I was greeted and the girls in the front took good care of me. I had no issues, my bowl was made nice and service was spectacular. Everything tasted fresh. The location was clean and I would go back.

Line was atleast 20 minutes long and I clearly said just cheese and sour cream on a bowl, I then go to pay and come home and see lettuce on the bowl. When did I EVER say lettuce? Where did this worker even get the word lettuce from?
