Absolutely AWFUL! customer service. I would NOT recommend eating here ever. My entire Sub was incorrect so I went up there to have it remade. The manager on duty made a entire problem and then cussed me out after making the sandwich incorrect AGAIN!

I walked in around 3:55 pm and there was an open sign on the door. The older guy working refused to offer service to my son and me, saying they were closed at 4:00pm. The sign on their door said they closed at 8:00pm. I have never been refused service when a store was open. This is horrible customer service and outright wrong.

I visit the subway at the epic center five different times. I was overcharged the same price five times I visited other subways and it’s a five dollar difference in price at other subway . epic center manager rips me off every time the same guy rings me up with the beard and the ball head. It’s 5+ dollars more that I’m charged. I order the same items every time at both subway . I added both receipts one from the epic center on Riverside and one from a different subway that I frequent . two separate receipts one from the epic center one from my previous dine in both are subway. Epic center subway overcharges me every time. I learned my lesson now. I just hope I can keep others from getting ripped off. I won’t be back..

Noxious Night
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit felt worth mentioning — mostly because it was such a letdown. I stopped by this location for a quick lunch, thinking I’d get the usual decent sandwich experience. Unfortunately, what I got was mid at best.

Let’s start with the most noticeable issue: they skimped hard on the veggies. I ordered a sub I’ve had dozens of times at other Subway locations, so I know what the standard is supposed to be. Usually, when you ask for vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickles, they give you a good spread — about 6 slices each on a footlong, give or take depending on the size of the veggie or who’s making it. Here? I got 4 slices of each, maybe even less in some cases. It might not sound like a huge deal, but it throws off the whole balance of the sandwich. You’re left with dry bites, uneven flavor, and no crunch where there should be. It’s just disappointing.

Now, to be clear, I’m not someone who expects gourmet food from a chain sandwich place. But when you go to a place like Subway, the appeal is being able to customize your sandwich and get a decent amount of toppings. That’s kind of the whole point, right? Skimping on vegetables — which are honestly the cheapest part of the whole sandwich — just comes off as lazy or stingy. It’s not like I was piling on extras or asking for double portions either. I asked for regular servings, just like I always do.

The service was whatever. The person behind the counter wasn’t rude or anything, but they weren’t particularly friendly either. They seemed rushed even though there was no one else in line. I didn’t bother complaining in person because I figured they’d just brush it off, but now I’m here writing this review hoping someone higher up takes note.

At the end of the day, it wasn’t the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, but it definitely wasn’t a good one. If this was my first time at a Subway, I honestly wouldn’t be in a rush to come back. You don’t expect five-star dining from a fast casual place, but you do expect consistency — and today, they missed the mark.

This subway sucks they have a sign on the toaster that says it was suppose to be fixed over a month ago and they took a hour to fix my sandwich there was a lady arguing in there otp I went to go to wash my hand after I ordered my sandwich 20 mins ago and still had to wait 20 mins for them to make it

Worst Subway ever including the New York Subway. Skimpy on the toppings to slices of tomatoes on a 6 inch sub. Have been here about 6 times in the last 3 weeks ordered the same thing every time paid a different price ever time. The man clearly don’t know what he is doing on the register. Save your time and money go to Wendy’s would probably be faster if you drive to the next town. Seriously don’t go there anyone who gave them 5 stars must be friends or family.

Charged for a Philly but told the owner I did not order a Philly nor received the “double meat or cheese” that it comes with . Still was charged with Philly and it was not even a 6inch sub. You’re going to go out of business like that . Stop stealing peoples money out of greed. 25 cents or a dollar still wrong . Not returning.
