The food here is always hot and favorable! They have service with a smile! Even the cooks look out to see you are being taken care of and smile! Great service! Just look at our favorite meal! Chicken fry with green beans ( the best ever! Hot bacon cooked , very tasty!) And mashed potatoes with creamy butter flavor. Chicken strips are almost as good!

The Philly cheese steak is pretty good, but they serve it to you looking like slop. It’s also absolutely ridiculous that they charge you $3 for a fountain drink when you can get complimentary drinks on the game floor. Don’t buy a fountain drink! What a useless charge. Do better, Lakecrest.

We haven’t had anything that was very good or amazing! Their veggie are always hot and full of flavor. The chicken fry is our favorite and get it with mashed potatoes because they are that good. Salads are very good and hamburger is always great. Food is always hot cooked perfectly and delivered quickly. Yes casino has free drinks but get a cup to go here and you have a bigger cup with a lid! We have ordered right up till closing time to go and great but eat there their plating is very special and make everything better.

We are not gamblers. So the atmosphere was not for us. Im sure those who enjoy gambling are ok with it. Enjoyed the food very much. I had 2 margaritas. One house and one top shelf. You can’t argue with the fact 2nd one was best : )

This place is a disappointment on nearly every level. The food is low quality — the “catfish” is actually swai, and everything tastes like it’s been thrown together with no care. Hygiene is clearly not a priority, which is unsettling in a restaurant setting. What really pushes it over the edge is the management — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s obvious that standards here are rock-bottom, both in the kitchen and in leadership. For what they charge, you’d expect at least basic quality and respect. You won’t find either here. I wish I could give no stars

The manager (I believe his name is James) is incredibly unprofessional and rude. The last 2 visits he has intentionally refused to acknowledge my existence. Once as I waited at the counter to ask for a side of ranch. He saw me, walked past me many times, but failed to ask if I needed anything. The cook had to come off the line to assist me when he noticed that he wasn’t going to. The second time (today) he didn’t want to take my order. Had no problem taking the individuals order in front of me, but once it was my turn he walked away and I had to wait for another employee to come from the lobby and take it instead.
I really do not understand how in the world this man got hired. But hey, to the cooks in the back and to the gentleman that took our order, you rock. I hope you guys get the recognition that you deserve!

We love our trips to Lakecrest casino, definitely a five star casino, although we can’t say the same about the restaurant, we ordered fish & chips and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with tater tots appetizer, the meat in the Philly cheesesteak was rancid, as well with the bacon on the tots, the fish looked edible but smelled old although the fries were good… We understand that the restaurant doesn’t get much business, but holding on to the food past its expiration will make people sick and never come back, even if you change and start using fresh food, the experience we had will keep us from coming back, so sad!
